Aye never received this parcel it was sent to the wrong address now I’m waiting for a refund but have had no confirmation of this

Don’t shop there. Horrendous customer service in store when trying to return items. When I purchased items we were advised we couldn’t try on In store. I was told that day 28 day returns policy but when I went back to return items they advised 14 days. When I questioned this I was told I’m lucky to be able to return at all, that they don’t have to take returns, that they can’t tell every customer in the store what their policy is etc (even though I didn’t ask them to) the staff were very rude and embarrassing shouting at me in front of other customers. In all my years I’ve never had any retail store speak to me so badly. Totally awful and will never return to that store again.

I have ordered two items, only received one, I have email a couple of times in relation to the 2nd item and I've still not heard back

Very poor services to return the item. Customer has to pay????? Damaged item - couldn't realise initially before using it!!!! Will not recommend it to anyone. Very sorry

I was disappointed to find that House of Fraser asks for postage payment for delivery and also for returns. My purchase/return cost me £15.00 in postage alone. The delivery time was very slow compared with purchases made on the same day with other outlets who did not charge for delivery and delivered within 2 days.

I have not had a good experience of shopping online with House of Fraser. My first parcel went missing which I was left to chase with customer services and the courier. Customer services were not proactive and I was left with no help or information for over a week. I thought this may be a one off so I ordered again online. This time my parcel arrived, but in the pocket of the coat I ordered there was a dirty tissue and a receipt from another customer. Being very apprehensive about sending the coat back in the post judged on my previous experience I washed and sanitised it myself, I was quite shocked the pockets were not checked if another customer had returned the coat, and in C19 times finding a dirty tissue was beyond belief.

I had to pay 16.80 to return the unwanted goods even though the returns section of the website does not mention this! I will not be shopping here again. The only shop I know of where you don’t get free returns. Customer service weren’t very helpful either, I was told it’s on the terms and conditions. But no response as to why it isn’t mentioned in the return section! Was told no reimbursement.

I ordered a Jacket for a birthday present Payed for next day delivery Received notification it had been delivered picture suggested it had been left outside at my door nobody knocked on and the jacket is no where to be seen checked with neighbours who didn't receive it either I then contacted Customer service who said they will investigate it and I have heard nothing since

Website not suitable for mobile devices. Tried to order sizes and when i scrolled down it changed the sizes. I then tryed to cancel the same day to be told I couldn't. Then tried to bring them go to store to be told credit note only then had to pay 22.80 just to return them. Don't think I would order anything again.

Will never use again. I ordered a waistcoat, they sent the wrong size, I ordered it again, they sent the wrong size. Customer service were an abomination and it transpired that the size I had ordered was out of stock. Doesn’t explain why I had 2 completely different sizes sent as a result though and the item is still showing as in stock on line on their webpage so I wonder how many others this has happened to. Compensation of £10 e voucher offered but as I won’t risk using them again, no good.

This is my story. I made my order, I was told that it is dispatched and the money was paid. Suddenly after 8 days and I was expecting my order, they refunded my money with no good or valid reason. This is their message " Our couriers have been unable to deliver your goods ". I wrote to customer service twice to send it by Royal Mail or any other reliable courier, the first time they reply with a fuzzy and vague answer, the second time they didn't reply at all. This was a very bad and disappointing experience. Friends, this is a very bad customer service and unfortunately I wasted my time this store. I recommend not to deal with this store. Thank you.

Wrong size sent from what I had in my basket. Contacted yourselves and disappointed that no attempt was made to hold order and change to size I required. Returned item and not heard anything

Have not received my parcel!!!!!!! Very difficult getting any form of communication with them. No replies to emails. Will never order from House of Fraser again.
