Very but experienced with HOF my order item was small ,order bigger and costs me £12,35 to sending back, with register post the ,definitely no more shopping with HOF other company delivery today my orders excellent service and good policy for returns Shame HOF never again shopping with HOF and sport Direc

I ordered a £300 order back in February. Dish sets, vases etc. Order came damaged. Plates broken etc. I wanted to return the 3 dish sets as they were now incomplete and told no more in stock to replace the broken items. Packed the boxes up and printed labels and stuck on three boxes. Hermes turned up on the thirst attempt and only pick up one box. Which I have been refunded for. The other 2 boxes I still have and have been trying to arrange with house if Fraser a collection to pick them up. Now they cannot do anything until I give the code off the box. I do not have the original box. It was damaged! I have even gone out paid for new boxes repackaged them and now they cannot do anything with the original box? Absolute joke. £70 down the drain. Still ongoing over 2 months later and now I can’t get a reply from them!

Having to pay for postage is unacceptable especially when the product is sized incorrectly and does not fit.

Order was received without the screws & Washers etc to enable us to assemble the Love Seat and told by one person in customer service it would take 10 days for us to receive them yet another person in customer services said we must return them before you would send replacements we are both pensioners and live in an arm house Please tell us who is right ?

Items received in poor condition, boxes torn / ripped, clothing creased and badly packed. Unable to contact customer services no telephone number available, automated response to email from customer services. Would not recommend house of Fraser, this will be my last time buying from this company.

The item that I'd seen instore was £44 online was £25.99. £4.99 postage no click and collect and had to pay to return items as you can't do it instore. Terrible customer service!

Poor packaging and not entirely sure I got what I thought I paid for- one purse was a much cheaper quality than the other however, this was not advertised on the site/when purchasing. No proper packaging at all- HIGHLY dissatisfied and cannot believe I had to PAY for DELIVERY even though the goods purchased were OVER £90!!!

I bought two shorts (both size small) of Tommy Hilfiger. One was extremely big - probably fitting a L, but tagged as a Small!!

I ordered some Levi trainers paid £7.99 for next day delivery and then received the wrong size. A return was offered but only when I pushed was I offered 10%discount and free delivery on the correct item! All of which was far too late for my holiday! Not impressed!

Order was dispatched but never arrived. Delivery company didn't contact me to arrange an alternative delivery and the item was returned and refunded. 0 stars would be a better option

Paid extra for Next Day delivery only to be told by Hermes that there was a delay in their delivery service which then resulted in the clothes I had ordered for my son to take on a school trip arriving 3 days late (too late for his trip). Was offered ‘compensation’ of 10% off my next House of Fraser order - useless since I do not want to buy anything else!! Not happy!.

Very bad delivery service and plus customer service, I still haven’t got my delivery in my hand , It got delivered in the BIN 🗑 and bin guys took the bin . I’m a regular customer of HOUSE OF FRASER but really bad service how can you deliver into the bin I’ve asked HERMES to deliver in the shed , still issue not resolved

Haven't received my parcel been over a weak, and no one can tell me whats happened, house of frazer and hermes cant tell me whats happened. And i cant get refund until they try find out. Left me waiting with no answer which is unacceptable.

Worst costumer service as i was trying to contact them from ling no one replied to it. I did paid extra for next day delivery i didn’t received it the next day but i received it after four days of ordering. Really dissatisfied with the service provided. Would think twice before shopping again.
