Online purchases , penalty to customer if wishes to return items. Customer pays postage, disgraceful.

Terrible returns policy and customer service. Live chat unhelpful and even more unhelpful once you return the goods. Never would buy again. Deeply disappointed !

Not happy I have to pay for my returns when this could have been returned at Fraser's direct where I collected my order so this impacts me financially. I won't order again

Sorry but was not impressed such high delivery charges then on top of that when arranging a return was charged between £5 - £10 per parcel. I had 3 parcels for 3 return one for exchange can you imagine the additional charges I paid. So I didn't even benefit from the sale..........how can you carry on like this when other stores offer FREE returns we would rather shop at John Lewis now.

Bought a Ralph Lauren yellow raincoat recently unfortunately the item arrived with significant signs of wear. It was definitely used by someone with marks left on. I don’t understand why I have to pay the return postage in this situation. Disgusting experience .The photos will be attached . I can’t believe a used item was sold in House of Fraser .

£70 shirt arrived bunched up and covered in cat hair from the person that clearly returned it previously. No contact number for online so called a store who said they receive over 20calls a day from disgruntled online customers and they don’t deal with that side of things as it’s a separate business. Eventually got in contact with an agent on Facebook and arranged a return. Awful.

Sent wrong size item . And I had to pay to send it back . Cost me around 8 pound it total in wasted postage and no apology after contacted by email. Dreadful

The garment was different to the one pictured on the website. The logo was a different colour on the front of the top and there was coloured stitching on the back of the shoulder. I would not have ordered the top had i known.

Hermes “lost” my order. HOF team did not help track it. I paid for next day delivery and was told they couldn’t look into it until 24hrs after Hermes scanned it last. By that time it was already three days late. I was offered £3 and 10% of my next purchase. This was a frustrating and stressful as I had to do all the chasing up. Apparently I’ve been refunded. I expected more from HOF

I have recently placed an order to include a pair of Carvela trainers but when received these were odd sizes 4 and a 5 also these had already been returned as an odd pair by a previous customer. Disappointing to have these despatched to me!!! I returned my order and awaiting full refund.

Sports Direct with slightly better clothing. Unlike all other retailers where you're able to order online, try at home and send back the sizes of the items your bought, SportsDirect2 (HoF) refuses to give you your money back, you must accept a credit note. Avoid like Covid and hopefully this type of business will disappear.

I had ordered 4 items (medium) using the size chart provided on the web site. One of the items received was to small. I now understand that certain manufacturers size are different to the normal. I would have thought that the buyers for House of Fraser would have done research into this and have the website show that some items' medium size is actually a small. I now have to wait 2 weeks to get a refund. I will not be in a hurry to shop online at this store as I do not want the hassle of paying and returning an item then waiting over 2 weeks for a suitable outcome.

All items, which are from UK to most of the countries, including mine is taxed and I do pay handling services (just for it around 15 euro, sometimes +). It wouldn´t be a problem, if one my order wouldn´t be divided to 2-3 different packages. So I have to overpay meaningless amount of money from non cordinated company work and of course NOT ALL my money are back to my account after one of the wrongly packed and sent order.
