I received partial order my lip gloss went missing and shop is not trying to help to resolve my issues they keep saying the investigation is pending but after week still nothing happened . I paid £46 for to Lancome items got only one... Poor rude customer service- Molly the person who spoke to me not helpful at all.!!! AVOID!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers, one sent in the correct size one sent 2 sizes too big. I contacted customer services and they were not very helpful and I ended up with a wasted trip to the store. I then ordered another pair - again the wrong size turned up and this happened a third time!! Very poor service, nobody was interested in helping and just got generic scripted responses each time I complained.

Very disappointed as i have never received the parcel even though it shows as having been delivered! So stressful as you are unable to get talking to a person All virtual assistants and then emails requesting you to fill in denial of receipt of package... I am unable to download the form 🙉🙉🙉

Returns parcel have to pay ourselves ?? Doesn’t make sense! They should provide a prepaid label or work with asda to get it free. If we could return to store it would be free. Really disappointed and appalled by this. Exchanges and returns should be free! It turns out to be really expensive when we have to pay for our own returns/ exchange parcels for products that are not suitable or don’t look like the picture or are completely wrong size. Doesn’t seem fair at all.

Size of dress was an American size which wasn’t stated on the website and had to pay for the privilege to return it. Not happy!

Wrong colour jacket sent , attempted to return jacket in store , they would not accept it I had to pay to return the item tracked to prove I’ve posted it ..I forgot to get a receipt so I had to pay for the item to be returned out of pocket and not happy !

Quality of garments was very poor . Gaby Male polo shirt . Also packaging of £3.20 second class , I had to pay to return. Outrageous.

I have been told that your retail price and store price may differ when I queried the issue I have faced below but this is simply not good enough because the price on the website should have clearly stated that it applies to website prices only . Please read the issue below and escalate this. I am a collector of the Biba range of homeward specifically the Deco Peacock and manhattan crockery . Today I needed to replace a teapot so I yesterday I called your Reading branch to check that they had the item code and they said they did . They put the item on reserve for me and I sent my husband to go collect it as well as buy any other items of the Biba Manhattan and Biba peacock deco ranges as I want spares incase any part of my collection breaks in the future and also I have been told by your staff that the range is clearing out and won't be reordered .  Before my husband left this morning I checked the prices on the app of the manhattan cereal bowl , mugs and side plates and all these were reduced . When he returned he was charged full price for these items with no reduction.  When j called the store they said that the website price is different to that in store . From a customer point of view that is simply not acceptable as house of frasier is one company to me and no where on the details page of the item on the app does this say that this is a online price only . Please see attached the prices as per the app and what I was charged in store  Please rectify for this for me as it is simply unacceptable to me as the consumer. When I called the store they said they were unable to rectify this and that I should email customer services directly.  This is a bad customer experience as there should be clear indication saying that rhe price only applies to online also see my receipt from today where I show the prices I was charged for the items ves and  supporting receipts and screen shots the website price had nothing on it saying that this applied to website only . This is a misleading price display as I physically sent my husband to the store . The responses have been completely unempathic as if it really doesn't matter that thei pricing system is flawed and delivers a terrible overall customer experience

Sent the wrong item then expected that I still paid for the recorded return. Won't buy again because returns aren't free, which I am sure is against the distance selling regulations. Cost me £4.99 in postage to be delivered and £7.00 for recorded return for a top that they sent the wrong colour in! I bought it elsewhere.

Goods received were of poor quality. Both delivery and returns cost had to be paid for. The company should pay one way, at least, in my opinion. Constantly bombarded with sale promotion e mails. When my return was received by the company, I was not informed that I had been given a refund. Just that I had cancelled my order. This was not the case. Will not shop again. You need to look at your customer service.

Paid extra for express delivery due to the dress that was part of the delivery. After I made the entire payment within few hours the amount for the dress was reimbursed as it wasn’t available and I needed it for an important occasion. Others ordered were kitchen accessories which didn’t need express delivery. Very unhappy.

Unacceptable process! The parcel to come to Greece returns from country to country! 12 days later, he is in ... Cyprus !!! With brexit you are non-competitive! Unfortunately...

Bought products as part of clinque deal with free gifts. However face wash gift did not arrive and when I enquired I was told it was not available. Very disappointing that this was not highlighted at check out because I would have changed my purchase.
