Your pre and after customer service is not good. You cannot call direct and when you do get a response it is not clear. The customer pay for postage even when the goods bought are over £100 and pay to return. You can not return in store and if you do you do not get your money refunded instead you are offered gift vocher. This is appalling. Let just say you are now one customer down. Sort yourself out..Never again!

Absolutely diabolical company. Rapidly moved downhill fast! Customer service is a joke, rude staff, not responsive, no phone facilities. Idiot staff who send the wrong items to you. Rip off postage costs. All round nightmare. Such a shame as it used to be my favourite shop ever!

Poor Service. I have placed an order in about four weeks ago and haven’t received the parcel yet. I cannot get access to even contact them for clarification. This is really stressing me.

I am a new customer , I ordered a pair of shoes which cost 79.99 on wednesday & paid for next day delivery , they arrived at hermes leeds depot at 13.38 on thursday , I have waited in allday & no delivery , why advertise that they will reach my next day if you are using a sub standard postal service such as hermes , had I known you were going to use hermes , I would not have ordered , so now hopefully they will arrive tomorrow friday that is if they have not been stolen at the depot , I have tried to contact hermes & house of fraser only to get automated response . House of fraser please contact me . if not I will certainly never order from this shop ever again !.

Wrong size item sent, customer service very poor. I ordered size XL (16) and was sent a size 20 - 22. Still not resolved.

Ordered a pair of diesel jeans size 32 waist the size was more like a 36 I paid 7.99 delivery and then had to pay the Royal Mail 4.85 to return the item At the moment many companies are offering free delivery and returns Not good service !!!!!!!!

I was so disappointed with my recent experience with HOF. After making a 50/50 purchase on a gift card and my debit card, I had part of my order cancelled as it was no longer in stock and rather than refund my card they sent me another gift card! I did write to ask about a refund for a faulty item I had paid to return and ask why I wasn’t entitled to the £35 on my card after spending £75 on my card. I was told it was their terms and no comment about the reimbursement of my money for the faulty item.

Disappointed - tried to cancel an order straight after it was placed as accidentally ordered the wrong size so had to reorder and pay £10 for both deliveries. Then as no free returns charged £8.99 to return so paid nearly £20 in delivery fees and did not purchase anything!

House of Fraser charges on delivery and returns are putting customers off from shopping online. It use to be free on purchases on £50.00 and over and returns use to be free completely. I've recently bought the Hugo Boss Dulca dark Pink dress which arrived badly soiled around the neckline. In HoF return police it said that if items arrived faulty, the return post will be refunded. I've got my refund for dress but NOT for return postage. It is not possible nowadays to call to HoF, in 'contact us' link the telephone number doen't even exist. In overall I am a very disappointed with services and postage and return fees and also, with the quality control and checking on the items before it dispatched to the buyer! All said above is not appealing to me as a customer!

Not a great experience at all with my recent purchase. I paid for next day delivery only to be told the next day that there was a problem and they would do their best to deliver the following day. They offered a free delivery voucher off my next purchase which was no good to me and requested the next day delivery charge be credited back to my card. I don’t think this has happened. In addition I had to pay tracked postage on some returns. Regards.

I received the completely wrong order 3 times! The wrong color, size and style! It was like House of Fraser did a lucky dip and sent me whatever they had in stock! It then took several online chats to get them to send me a return label...I hope that you reimburse me for the postage at least! The same thing happened with their sister store Sports Direct! Once is a mistake but 3 times!!

Had to send the shoes back via post as hose of Frasier shops apparently do not give a refund only a credit note or exchange . Went to the post office and was not impressed with the £29.00 postage I had to pay . Totally outrageous needless to say I will not purchase anything again on line .

Very disappointed that House of Fraser charged 4.99 for goods to be delivered to a pick up point then i had to pay for postage to deliver back again which shocked me a during Covid most retailers online will only charge 1 way. Another major disappointment was to find that if i returned to store they could not refund my money but i could get a credit note or replacement. Very poor customer service/ focus
