I ordered an egg chair . I chased the delivery three times over 2 weeks & was told I’d just have to wait . I expressed concerns that if my order was missed would there be enough stock. I was told this wouldn’t happen. 3 days later I received an email saying the order had been cancelled due to no stock. They offered me a paltry 10% discount from my next order. I won’t ever shop here again.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Please stay away from their online ordering system. I was missing 20 items from my delivery which was sent and it was about 3 months ago and they still did not solve the issue. When I contacted them first time they have told me I have another delivery coming and nothing was received. I have sent them over 20 emails so far. I have attached the package they have sent which they claim contains 34 items but as you can see for yourself it is impossible to fit 34 items in that bag! Their customer service team is the most incompetent team I have seen so far shopping online for so many years. They did not even apologised once during the process. And completely ignored me for almost one week now. I will be reporting them to trading standards. PLEASE STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I order wrongly at first then re ordered It’s over a week now since I cancelled first order and I’m still waiting for my money back £32 still outstanding abs I was promised 2-3 days refund

Awful experience. Issue still not resolved. Ordered 2 piece suit with next day delivery. I received just the trousers. Contacted customer services who explained some items may arrive separately, which defeats the object of next day delivery, I do not receive my full order. Waited a further 2 days and still nothing, emailed customer services and no reply. Tried to contact customer services a third time for a response and 1 week on from receiving my partial order, still nothing. HoF need to look into this.

The worse service I have ever came across . I order few things online for my sister . After 20 min I try to cancel the order as my sister didn't like what I order for her . Then I have been told it's too late to cancel the order !! Like seriously !!!! 20 min after placing the order is TOO LATE for cancel !! It shocked me me when I saw this return email. They didn't even bother to tell me the refund procedure even on that email as they know I don't need this items anymore !! Such a poor service . Didn't expect this sort of service from a company like this !!!! Will never shop online with you guys !!!!

Very frustrating that you are the only shop where you can not return goods order on line to a store. Will shop me going forward even looking at your website. Please escalate t management at head office as this really limits your companies profitability and customers returning

Not impressed with this brand anymore, standards as far as the online side has dropped. They send you something different to what you ordered than blame you and says you have to pay for the return. Not impressed that you have to pay £5 for delivery and they use hermes as their courier. Where all other brands offer free delivery over a certain amount I find it odd that they don't. They ended up giving a £20 voucher and by that point I was so fed up and disgusted by them I just accepted it but I will not be using the their online again. I should have read the bad reviews before using them in the first place but lesson learned.

I was due to have a dress delivered on the 4th June and another on the 5th . Still haven't recieved them. My daughter is distraught as she has a ball in 2 days and has no dress .

Hermes left my parcel in the bin on a main road and someone stole it. £300 worth of clothes that i paid delivery on gets left in a bin.

Ordered size 8 trainers and a classic fit polo shirt. Received size 7 and a custom slim fit polo shirt. Had to return both items at a cost of £11.

I ordered a photo frame which came in a flimsy presentation box. It was packed in a light plastic bag and arrived broken. I emailed and asked for another and suggested they pack it better. So far I have received 4 frames, all broken. Love the frame but have given up trying to get it now.

Worst shopping experience of my life Long story short. I bought a Samsonite luggage on their website following advice from one of their agents on the Chat. Got the wrong item delivered. I went back to complaint they started asking me for proof that someone on their side had misinformed. Thanks god I still had the chat window on my Mac, so I took screenshot sent it over to the new agent I was chatting with and he said was “Sorry” I now have to pay Royal Mail postage fees to return an item I didn’t buy. I was very disappointed with how my order was dealt with . I made a purchase just over one week ago, I was awaiting the confirmation email to say it was ready to pick up , as I had not heard I popped in just on the off chance . This was to my local Telford store .. the young lady was polite and went to check and came back out with my parcel . The lady said that my parcel had been dispatched over two parcels and wasn’t sure that I was able to collect one without the other . A member of management was called who was quite abrupt towards me and told me I needed to wait for the other parcel before collection . At that point no mention of help to chase this for me or give any advice as my order was over 120.00 and I had been charged but without receiving any goods. The following morning I receive an email to say my order was cancelled no reason just a refund was being issued . After two days I check my bank and part refund was issued if 52.00 …. the rest I am still waiting on over three days later . I’m so disappointed and annoyed as to the way I have been left with no order and only a partial refund . I have a loyalty card as I regularly order with house of Fraser but I don’t think I will be in future .

not even one star. Ordered a black bike and got a red one. After explaining the mistake to a web chat customer care agent. I was told they cannot help but someone will be in contact via email . Still waiting

Thomas track master set has been opened before and sellotaped shut. Looks really shoddy and disappointed this wS sent out in this condition. Bought as a gift for someone so will be returning.
