Products out of stock post order, no option to cancel order for other items. Customer service slow to respond, generic answers and overall a poor service. would not use this service again due to being so unreliable

I ordered Chanel lipstick and delivery was carried out by Hermes. They sent me a photo of the parcel in front of our building’s entrance that it’s been delivered. However I have not received it. I didn’t personally sign for it neither they delivered to our concierge or a neighbour. So anyone could’ve taken it. After contacting House of Fraser customer service they rejected my claim and I’m left without my order. Extremely disappointed with this. Not a cheap purchase.

I am disgusted that one has to pay to return goods, unfortunately I was unable to purchase in store due to lack of stock, so I ordered on line and than had to pay for returning unwanted items.

Paid extra for next day delivery and the courier failed to deliver. I guess as it was a Sunday they could not deliver. Your website should state this. I have emailed House of Fraser about this but have had no reply.

I purchased a few items including two tshirts in one transaction, for my teenage son in medium size. Both by the same brand - guess - and they are both completely different sizes.

My order still hasn’t arrived after over a week. They have said it will take 2-3 working days to get back to me about the status of my order.

They are cheaters. Don’t buy from them! they sent me one part of a 2pc kit. For weeks I wait the response from the customer service

Made a order for click and collect only to get the email after a week to say I have returned my order when indeed I did not. Was told items were not in stock but are still on the website and can be added to basket. Not happy and would not shop again from there....

Was sent boots, not packaged appropriately and in incorrect brand box and still with a security tag on! Having paid £5 delivery to then be told by customer services to go into a store to sort it out, they then closed my complaint. So I still have boots unable to be worn. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. As a nurse I can’t be nipping to and from the shops and annoyed that I had treated myself to the boots and extortionate delivery charge. Really upsetting. Won’t buy online from HoF again.

Pay for postage and then pay again ( and a lot more besides) for a return To be avoided if you want to get outfits to choose from Rubbish service too when trying to deal re deliveries that don’t arrive on time!

I have not had my t shirts I orderd, I've sat waiting and waiting and now I've give up and I'm angry an upset..I orderd about 4 or 5 t shirts. WHERE ARE THEY PLEASE !!! I PAID YOU FOR THEM !!!
