Rubbish ordered a pair of shorts nearly two weeks ago still haven't received the item despite being in contact with customer service wouldn't bother again

The orange dress is not new. It looks used/worn as it had a lot of cotton hanging from the dress like it was washed with other clothings, I will need a lint removal to get all those off. It also did not come in a nice packaging. I guess that's why it was cheap.

Customer service after the sell is very poor, I had very bad experience when I purchased a shirt that was delivered with a security tag on, there is no phone number to communicate the customer service, there is an option to for live chat but no one answer if try to contact.

So £5 postage, ok but so many companies do it free, Then you have to pay to return the said item. The shoes are a brand that I’ve had many time, these were not a true 6, would have been nice to speak to someone, would have considered an exchange, but now I’m nearly £10 down on a pair of sale shoes. No sticky returns label. All v poor from a company that used to spell quality.

I am sorry to say that my customer experience has been very poor and I would have expected better of HOF. I ordered a top and a pair of pjs online. The top came damaged so I requested a replacement and the second one came damaged too. I then requested a refund. The pjs arrived missing the bottoms despite being bought as a set and as they were then out of stock I again got a refund. Not a positive experience in any way.

Absolutely awful service. Ordered online to be delivered to store. No notification and when I chased, I was informed that the courier could not deliver and the order was cancelled.

Sadly pretty awful. It was a battle to get a replacement for faulty goods. Was told different things by each person who dealt with it and was constantly chasing. Very disappointing. Just because you have been bought by Sports Direct you don’t need to follow suit and have appalling customer service like they do. Will be using John Lewis in future as easier to deal with. You have lost a customer.

I have purchased 30 covent pouches, I received only 22, 8 are missing! The house of fraser employee said and confirmed they shipped 30, so where are my 8 pouches? They don’t know so they opened up an investigation, it’s totally unfair, i paid for something I except it to be delivered to me not go missing If I don’t find any compensation this would be the last order from my side and I’ll contact the authorities

An item needed to be returned due to it being too small, very un customer friendly to have to pay for return postage especially when I paid for delivery , children’s clothing and during COVID pandemic won’t order gain from you

Big faded stripe across the hoodie, obviously been sitting folded up in direct sunlight for quite some time. Surprised that I also have to pay to return a faulty item!

Terrible customer service. Paid extra for 24 hour delivery. After 3 days it was still with HoF. Turned up after a week! HoF said this was 'to be expected'.

Ordered 3 items; two dresses and a coatigan. One dress is faulty the other dress delivered was not what I had ordered. I ordered a knee length bodycon lace dress and received a full length dress with a frill down the front and looked as if it had either been worn or was very old stock - the only thing that was right was the colour (navy). Now I have the inconvenience of having to return the items. Very disappointed with service.

I ordered a hat which arrived crushed. It was packed in a flimsy plastic bag, so not surprisingly it was damaged when I received it. I have sent two emails regarding my purchase and requesting reimbursement of my postage costs which I feel under these circumstances would be the LEAST they should do. I've had no refund, no apology, no acknowledgement or reply. APPALLING SERVICE all round!

A bit disappointed ... I ordered two sizes online, picked up at store, kept the right size after trying in the fitting room but they would not accept returns at tills, only credit note or exchange that was absolutely unfair, plus I had to pay the post charge if I wanted to return through post. Such inconvenience. I will NOT place any more orders at House of Fraser 👎🏼 I suggest HOF take online returns at the till like other department stores do.

My order was never delivered. When I contacted customer services I was told that the couriers were unable to make the delivery. This is not the case as I was on annual leave and at home and I received a delivery from the same courier, hence they came to my property. I spent time searching for the goods I ordered and time placing the order. My money was taken almost immediately and I still have not received it back, after it being charged to my bank account 10 days ago. Customer services did not look into why the goods were not delivered and offered no explanation. They did not even offer to resend the items. I will not be ordering again. A complete waste of my time and money.
