Loved the totes slipper socks i ordered but was very disappointed that every box was damaged in transit. If that had been a present for someone, they would have had to have been returned. That was unacceptable considering a delivery charge had been applied.

Absolutely awful service! Ordered nearly £150 worth of goods, only for HOF to use the worst courier company Hermes! Delivery apparently left in a secure place even though I was home ! Stolen from my open garage (not secure at all) and told by HOF customer services that my order was delivered and left in a secure place therefore end of investigation!! I’ll never order from them again! Do not use their home delivery service if you expect to receive your goods safely

i ordered my items a week ago with next day delivery and still haven’t received them!! I am not satisfied at all... VERY disappointed 😞

Hi, I'm not very happy and the reason your size is very very small and not customer fault but the customer should pay for the returned item. I paid for 4 items but I receiver for 3 items which is returned to you and also you didn't pay for my return postage. I'm out of pocket £20.00.

Ordered the goods on 27th Dec in order to avoid Brexit related issues. I still have not received them. In the future please warn your customers of extremely slow service so that we can make informed decisions whether to place an order with you or not.

Very expensive to have the product delivered £4.95 it cost me £3.20 to send the product back as it was unsuitable. Plus I was overcharged and it took a long time to get through to house of Fraser to sort it out ...

Lack of fulfilment and ownership on delivery of goods. Give incorrect reason codes as why and no accountability when looking for resolution.

I placed an order on 31st Dec and paid extra for express delivery. While I was under no illusion it would be delivered I’ve the bank holiday period I was expecting it here by now (13th) but the tracker just says delay and as yet I have had no response to my email to customer service. I cannot review the product as I have not received it!

The product was never received. Hermees put they returned it to sender with no explanation. I opened a claim on paypal and your CS just put the tracking info which means they never read the complaint. Very poor service

Extremely poor service. I have loyally shopped in House of Fraser for decades. It is no longer the shop I used to enjoy. Customer service is non existent. Deliveries are delayed. Returns are no longer possible, no telephone service for customers. I would recommend John Lewis over House of Fraser now.

I ordered some trainers received them and was very not happy one was brand new and other one looked like had been worn very dirty so sent them back straight away not ordering anything again from house of Fraser

very disappointed in the customer service, clicked on a black jacket, on the confirmation it was green in colour, no way to change the product on line, e-mailed customer service telling them what had happened, and would like it exchanged for a black one or if they didn't have one to refund, they said they couldn't do any thing as it had all ready been sent, had to pay £5.00 to return the jacket and when they received the jacket there was no black jacket in stock, so they refunded, no explanation. won't be using House of Fraser again

Products are good quality, the nightmare arrives when things go wrong. Terrible customer service, a parcel from House of Fraser didn’t arrive for Christmas and have still not received it despite HOF saying I have, really upsetting and frustrating..over £100 down the drain. I will keep on persisting until I get it back.

Hermes unable to deliver parcel because it is incorrectly addressed, seems to be addressed to House of Frasers.I have e-mailed HOF but they have been absolutely useless they claim to not have the order in the first place and have not replied to any of my other e-mails.I hope someone from HOF reads this and contacts me please.
