You have sent the wrong number of shirt. I have purchased an XXL polo shirt and you have sent a S. this is not the first time house of Fraser send the wrong merchandise. Very disappointed! Also they don’t allow you to return for free and they don’t accept returns in store.

I’m still waiting for an order I made before Christmas (for a Christmas delivery apparently) I have asked for a refund many times and keep getting told it’s out for delivery

I received a n item with the packaging very badly damaged. It was a present for my granddaughter and I didn't have time to send it back and receive a replacement. As I stated in my complaints ,if it had been bought in the shop I would certainly have asked for a reduction. I felt I had not had a satisfactory conclusion, I was given the postage back. Not good enough.

I ordered a coat (expensive) Friday(15Jan). I paid extra for next day delivery, and today (21Jan)I am still waiting for the coat or the money back. I sent many emails but I don’t have a solution.

Delivery has not arrived. On Hermes tracking, it states that my package is at the local depot, where is has been for 5 days. Delivery date has passed. Please chase up. Thanks

Absolutely abhorrent service,parcel not delivered,customer service a disgrace ping pong emails with absolutely no one taking ownership or responsibility to deal with issue. Attitude is "well you got a refund" and "it was busy because it Christmas " still unhappy at no explanation or customer service.... saga ongoing

I was shocked how much I had to pay delivery and you have to pay delivery to return!! What a waste of money as the size guides was wrong as well !

Unfortunately of the 5 items I ordered only 1 arrived.. I was told they were out of stock. I went back online and they were available. Very confusing.. however they issued a refund.

Received one cushion out of the two I ordered, emailed customer services the same day, as one is no good so I have paid for delivery for a order that is no use to me, but still have not had a response and no have to pay postage to return it. Never again, not worth the hassle.
