Haven’t received my purchase and it’s been 2 weeks now. Now I have to wait a further 10 days or more for them HOF to carry out an investigation. Disgusting totally wrong and not an happy customer

False advertising and unclear descriptions deliberately. Emails offers that have catches, jogging bottoms that in small print say Pyjama. Never shopping with untrustworthy company again

Highly recommended don’t use hof store Highly recommended don’t use hof store I have ordered with next day delivery paid extra for it now 5 days gone I don’t where is my parcel many times sent email to customer Service only reply was very weird said to me THEY haven’t received order but I have all email start from received order till parcel on its way also company took all money off my bank. Contact number not working NEVER AGAIN USE THIS HOF STORE

Ordered a Double Flat sheet Same time ordered a Double Fitted sheet. Also ordered 4 Pillowcases to match same time! Told ALL BE AVAILABLE 19th January!! RECEIVED THE SHEETS BUT NO SIGN OF THE PILLOWCASES AND NI EXPLANATION!!!!!! TOTAL SILENCE!!! Can not access by phone any contact to ask!! Did a customer enquiry and a customer enquiry about them!! Online as ONLY way of contact available!! NOTHING HEARD!! Nothing!!!!! Absolutely a total shambles of a company!! Take your hard earned money and disappear!! I VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING HOUSE OF FRASER IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE!!!

Lack of communication- did not answer my email in November! Have just decided now to send me my parcel. They have charged me £5 delivery and now expect me to pay the same to send back. Shocking.

was delivered order no 126637331 one of the articles was npw body treatments instead i was send make up bag which was empty sent several email to house of fraser and recieved several replys non very helpful tried to explain i do not have mobile phone so could not send photos still got no help i felt like i was asking for something for nothing felt like a liar re this make up bag so thanks for no help js,

Dreadful that in these current times when we can't get out to shop that you expect us to pay for returns! Most other retailers ensure we have free delivery and free returns. Big thumbs down HOF. Won't be shopping with you again 😡

Bought Mac makeup which came with free gift. Did not receive the gift. Customer service unable to help. House of Fraser has lost me as a once loyal customer.

Ordered items on 15th December, still not received. 6 Emails later still no response to where my items are. Can't speak to anybody to find out. Looking into items 14 days ago no update. How are you getting away with treating customers this way?

I placed an order which was delivered minus one item. It had not been charged so I went online to reorder but I was having to pay £4.99 delivery again and my original discount was not applied. I then contacted Customer services who emailed me back and said the item was out of stock. Next day the original arrived together with the one I was told was out of stock. Customer Services just ignore my emails and totally unhelpful. Will never order from House of Fraser again.

Ordered a polo shirt in the sale. Men’s XL. What I received was a size Small. Will cost me to return as obviously right now stores aren’t open.

They use Hermes which delivered my polo shirt at 8:30PM at night and left it in the door step without knocking or informing me it’s been delivered, when I checked my emails in the morning the parcel had been stolen. Still can’t get hold of Hermes till this day. £55 down.

Absolutely terrible. Must have lost at least £15 on delivery alone just reordering items. Every item I ordered then became unavailable even when preordered. Customers having to pay to return deliveries is shocking.

I bought lots of linea candles and diffusers. The glass candle were broken. The packaging around the deffusers were ripped. Instead of packing everything in a bubble wrap and then putting it in a bag the just put some bubble wrap in the post bag and threw everything in. It’s the worst parcel I have ever received. Despite sending 2 messages for someone to contact me I have No response.

Bought a coat on line for my husband for Xmas. When unwrapped found magnetic security tag still attached. Had to make a 50 mile round trip to their Plymouth store to get it removed which cost time and money in fuel. Sent email to complain but not had the decency to reply.

Terrible service. I ordered 3 pack of Tommy Hilfiger boxer shorts. (£30) They arrived in totally ripped up box with only 2 of the 3 pairs in and one of the pairs still had the big bulky security tag on. When I emailed them they said I had to return them to Hermès drop off place, they would refund the boxers and ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ refund the £4.99 delivery charge!!! Lol On the returns label it says ‘sports direct’ AVOID
