I am still waiting for my items, according to Hermes they are still in there warehouse since early last week. Not sure what is going on??

I bought a few items and most came perfect although a few came with a few minor problems with stitching that I’m ok with, Although my partner got me a few items and the one that I was looking forward to the most came and the standard of the item was horrific from such a high end retailer. I was so upset and disappointed with the company as the response from the customer service team did not seem to care at all. I don’t think I will shop from here again. The only thing I can give them credit for is I have sent an item back and they have sent me an email to start the process of it which was quick. I have attached photos of the dress just to show how bad it was

After waiting almost 3 weeks for my order (still hasn’t arrived) and being asked by Hermes to contact you - which I have By sending a form in (no customer service line) I still have not heard from you. Will not be buying anything from your stores again unless this is made right.

Order wasn’t correct and only half of the outfit came when it’s sold as a set. I’m stuck at home and I now have to return this item at my inconvenience. I ordered a xxl I was sent a small. Since explaining I am unable to leave my home I haven’t had a returned email to rectify this.

House of Fraser has really lost its way. Lower end compared to what it use to be. High delivery charge compared to others. Boots worn 3 times, in pain on left hand rear side, part of side of ankle now is bruised. Can’t now send back as used but caused me great discomfort and now need to buy another pair. Be nice to see if customer service pick this up and show some quality and therefore change my opinion

Received the wrong item, the wrong item was of a lesser price than the one I paid for. So already I was ripped off. Made a complaint to PayPal, PayPal asked me to send the wrong item back to House of Fraser. As House of Fraser agreed to pay me back in full when they received the item. I sent the item back, all the way from Australia to the UK, registered mail. House of Fraser received the item, and signed for it. I received confirmation through Australia Post. But House of Fraser has refused to acknowledge they received the item to PayPal. So PayPal closed the case, great! So, I missed out every which way. I did not receive the item I paid for, sent back the wrong item, thinking I was doing the right thing and because PayPal asked me to. Paid a huge amount in postage. Got nothing back from House of Fraser :-( Nothing back from PayPal :-( What a disgrace, if you live in Australia be warned, the same thing could happen to you. Once I have made all the necessary complaints to Consumer Protection in Australia, I will be closing my account with House of Fraser. Bitterly dissatisfied in your service and the fact that you have cheated me. Order HOF40000063898564.

Very poor returns policy. Recently purchased a pair of Armani jeans online, which cost £4.99 to be delivered. Did not like the fit or the material when they arrived, but had to pay £4.20 to have them returned byRoyal Mail. Although the cost of the jeans has been reimbursed, I have still had to pay for the original postage plus the return- i.e. £9.19 This definitely puts me off ordering anything else from HOF online.

My £150 package never arrived. There is no customer services number to call. I have filled out an online form and nobody ever responded. Awful experience

Recently purchased Barbour jacket in store for my son for Christmas. I was surprised to find the security tag still attached and wrote to your customer services about the problem as the stores are closed due to lockdown in NI. I have yet to receive a reply several weeks later and am currently In possession of a jacket that can’t be worn. Extremely disappointed in your customer service.

Not happy had delivery 1 parcel missing. Not helpful couple of emails back and forth no joy £49.00 out of pocket. 2 nd time don’t care about customer service

I sent an Email to your customer service today enquiring where is my order , nobody has replied so all I can say is that I think your services are pretty poor, let’s hope after you read this you might respond and I may reconsider your customer service.

One order has arrived in full. The other order had 2 out of the 3 items cancelled after I had paid via PayPal. Hence, full postage due for just one item, which I wouldn't have ordered had I known the other 2 items would be cancelled. The single item was due for delivery the other day. Empty package bag turned up with just the order slip enclosed! Completely sealed, item had not dropped out. Unbelievable that it wasn't picked up at point of despatch! Emailed HOF straight away....have yet to receive a reply. Shocking customer service, for what used to be such a reputable brand. Won't be buying from HOF again and certainly wouldn't recommend.

Bought a pair of boots. Weren't a matched pair, two different styles. SPORTS DIRECT label on the box. Returned them. Got a refund. Didn't get refunded for the return postage even after sending proof. Deffinetly won't use them again.

Item had to be sent back with Hermes delivery. It was badly broken .so he couldn't leave it with me. Still waiting for replacement .

Ordered 3 and 1 cancelled due to no stock available. I asked to cancel my whole order as I DO NEED 3, not only 2. But they shipped and even charged for shipment. It is very unfair 30% of your order cancelled but they still proceed your order and charging for shipping.

Paid plenty of money for the delivery of my order on the 15 of January but after such a long time delivery not received yet. Hermes said that they have done an attempt days ago.... no true as I was at home in addition no card was left. I wrote to House of Fraser Customers Service complaining about it... the answer has been that I had to wait at least 5 more days and if not received chase them up... Very bad service never happened with other companies and with other companies the delivery is free or a lot less expensive than £ 9.99... The Customer Service has been very unprofessional not interested at all on resolving the matter, today is 24 of January... I believe that this is not acceptable. Simonetta
