Bought a Christian Dior set for a Christmas present, box arrived smashed so it’s going to look like the worst present in the world. Raised it with CS and sent pictures but haven’t had a response over a week later, pretty shocking.

The item arrived damaged & when I tried to return in store the assistant refused because I’d purchased online. HOF do not offer free returns by post & as it’s a heavy breadboard it would be a very expensive item for me to post so I’m stuck with it.

Completely wrong item received. Sent an email got a reply to send pictures... nothing further received have emailed further. Disgusting. A men’s boss jumper ordered and received a woman’s black vest no where near the same price.

Customer services is non existent - I logged a complaint about an item missing from an order I placed and have only had automated email replies, with no reference number to refer to. My order reference is HOF40000063748734 - Item 2 on this never arrived/was sent.

Do not buy online from these people I have had trouble in the past with an order. I placed an order on 4 Dec and my money was taken from my account on the 5 Dec. I have not received my order. When I look on my account within House of Fraser it states that my order is awaiting collection from the courier. I hAve emailed Hiuse of Fraser twice on this matter and they have not responded and now they have the cheek to ask me to write a review about my order that I have not yet received.

Awful.. order did not come as ordered.. paid for 2 white items from the CK Underwear collection as a matching set for a Xmas Gift.. when arrived both stated white on paperwork but one piece grey and the other white. Down to incompetent packing & checking . Now I have the hassle of returning & going to a PO and then waiting on a refund. Will not order online again from House of Fraser.

Over half of the items have still not arrived. I have tried contacting House of Fraser several times but have not had a response. 1 of the items that was delivered was an eye shadow set. All the eye shadows were completely smashed and broken so I have to return it as it’s faulty but I have to pay for the return. Very poor service.

I am really dissatisfied with the aftercare that HOF provide. I raised a query regarding my recent order and to-date I have had no response. I am unable to call HOF as the phones rings few time and then the call is disconnected. I have been loyal customer of HOF but will not make any further purchases as the customer service is appalling.

Very poor communication, or total lack of from customer services. I have also had multiple delivery due notices several days after actual delivery. Website also allowed me to place several orders for goods which, a week later I was notified was out of stock. Totally NOT what I am used to from HoF

Every item I had delivered was damaged - two water bottles with marks and dents and a Manchester United shirt with small holes front and back - returned the shirt but not the bottles as I had to pay postage - very disappointing I would have expected better from House of Fraser

Didn't deliver the item I ordered but sent a cheaper option. Which meant I had to pay to return an item I didn't order.

Order arrived with missing item, no communication and still no response from email I sent to customer services 72 hours ago... Avoid. Also costing items well over what they pay as they left the original label on... Shocking and exploitative particularly amidst a pandemic

I have emailed you four times the first an hour after I received my order . Two of my three items arrived my clarins beauty bag wasn’t in the parcel and I havnt had anyone explain why . Just an email saying my parcel was delivered on the 7th very poor . I have ordered before no probs . But I’m annoyed no one has replied to me I’m hoping to ring this week out of desperation thankyou .
