Absolutely despicable service!! My complaint has not been acknowledged let alone resolved after 18 DAYS! House of Fraser still have my money for an item I did not receive and have completely ignored me. Will NEVER use them ever again!!!! Terrible company and service!

Unable to return items to store and no free postal returns! It’s going to cost me £50 to return my items. I don’t know a single other retailer that operates like this, you need to change this otherwise you’re going to lose a lot of customers, especially in the times we’re living in.

One of the worst customer services ever! I have placed an order on 5th of December and the only update I had was on the 9th, stating my order has been processed. Nothing else since then and it’s now over 10 days overdue. HOF does not provide a contact number to its customers, nor do they reply to your emails in a timely manner. Will never buy again from their stores.

Good selection of the product that I purchased and easy to order. However I was very disappointed and upset when my parcel arrived as it was a gift for a relative. The item was in a weak plastic bag and the box containing the item inside was battered and in very poor condition, I have the feeling this was a previously returned item, even the items in the box were in a bit of a mess. I did intend to return the item and complain, however after going through your returns procedures I decided to learn by experience and not use House of Fraser again

Will never use house of Fraser again ..... for such a large company charging delivery is Disgusting ..... will shop elsewhere next time .... was my only option as left it too late to go any where else will never shop here again

I will never buy anything from House of Fraser again after failed attempts to recover money for a missing item that I have been charged for. The only working method to contact Customer service is by email and when you do you get an automated reply that does not give a personal response towards resolution. I am now left out of pocket for an item I did not receive, despite it showing on the invoice, dispatch notice and the parcel it came in was completely in tact. My hope of me doing this review is that it may finally lead to me getting a refund.

I have messaged you on 2 occasions firstly to say my discount was never applied to my item that I ordered and then my package was pictured as delivered and left outside my front door when I was not at home and no package there when I did get home. I have not had any response

Order arrived with a security tap still attached. One week on and no response from customer service. Paying for returns is also not expected this day and age. Unlikely to use again.

I will not be buying from here again, had to pay £4.99 delivery then realised I had ordered the wrong size and had to pay £5.00 to return it. Other companies offer free returns. Disappointing

Very poor! Pre ordered item, then requested it to be cancelled 2 weeks before it’s “due date”. My email was ignored and order continued with anyway. When I tried to return in store for a quick refund I was told I cannot due to “online being different from in store”. Very frustrating! Plus the cost of sending the parcel back I am now out of pocket for a parcel I didn’t want!

My order came completely wrong and there is no way of contacting Customer Service other than email - which I've been waiting for over 5 days and still have no idea if I will ever get a response. I even tried the HOF twitter feed and it's the same! Extremely poor customer support, sorry more like, NON-EXISTENT customer support! Anyway back to my order, I ordered just ONE item and they managed to screw that order up. I even paid their ridiculous delivery fee as they also charge to have it delivered in-store. If I were to return this, I WILL have to pay for that also considering it's HOF who made the error. Perhaps they will reimburse me for the return delivery, but will they return the original £4.99 delivery I paid? And would I have to pay another delivery cost for having the item re-ordered? I have absolutely NO CLUE because the Customer Service has STILL not got back to me after many days. Absolutely embarrassing, shocking management, considering high street retails are closing down left right centre, HOF are not doing themselves any favour with such a shocking service. Of course they will blame COVID if they were to close down when really they overcharge on products with no customer service. Even the staff in-store are super lazy and don't know how to provide the most basic service. Before purchasing the item online, I was in-store where I needed help and saw 3 staff just casually ignoring me and other customers as they were too busy rambling on about their holiday plans and were virtually giving me dirty looks when I had to interrupt them for a product enquiry. When I went back in store to see if I can return the wrong item (which you can't by the way!!) the staff were just clearly not bothered or interested in helping. Never going HOF again!

Bought a Ralph Lauren wallet as a gift & when it arrived the presentation box was battered, ripped and completely unacceptable to give as a gift. I have submitted an email to House of Fraser to complain and have yet to receive a reply. I am disappointed to say the least and will not order anything to give as a gift again.

I am absolutely disgusted with the way my order had been sent out. The designer handbag (Michael Kors) was £250 yet it was sent out in a flimpsy grey bag with absolutely no protection for the bag. There are therefore creases to the front and back of the bag where it was probably damaged in transit ( possibly no fault of the courier). Not only is the bag spoilt there is evidence of dust along the handle. So perhaps this bag has not been stored correctly with yourselves and the damage was already on the bag. In which case a bag of this value should not have been sent to a customer in this condition. The bag resembles something you would pick up as a fake from a market stall and not a real designer bag from House of Fraser. I have rung to complain and I am being sent a pre-paid return label which I have yet too receive so I have had to email again. I tried to get through on the phone again today but after trying 12 times I gave up. Receiving the pre-paid postage is now urgent. This has been a very disappointing experience from a retailer where I expected excellent customer service.

The worst experience ever! I ordered a set and they delivered a half of the set! Not possible to go through the customer service, web chat doesn't work! They just send you useless automatic replies! Today I received an email from customer service saying that my parcel has been picked up by their courier. They also provided the tracking number which is old saying that its been delivered a week ago. Also, no apologies for the service, nothing! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WONT BUY ANYTHING IN HOF ANYMORE
