Would not have ordered from HOF had I known that you don’t’ offer free returns, after paying 4.99 postage it cost me a further £9.80 to return an unwanted item. Won’t be using again unless returns become free and postage discounts available like most other big stores.

I have not yet received my parcel. It will has been stuck “on its way” with Hermes since Tuesday 15th Dec. I am disappointed that there is no contact number available to discuss this with the customer service team. I have tried to contact House or Fraser via the email platform to resolve my issue but I haven’t got anywhere. Similarly Hermes have not been contactable or resolved the issue either. Please can someone help rectify this issue quickly.

When I received the item there was a black mark on it. I emailed them but so far not received a reply. I have emailed them again now. There is no number to contact them on either.

Whilst I was pleased with my purchases, nearly every box was crushed and damaged in some way which for gifts to give away to other people, was very disappointing !

Very disappointed with House of Fraser. I ordered Christmas presents which looked like clearance items by the time they arrived. The perfume sets packaging was completely battered, and other items looking as if they had been opened. There were even items with hand written initials on the boxes! Basically the packaging from House of Fraser was not substantial enough to protect the goods inside. The reply from customer service was shockingly poor. I could return the £170 worth at my own expense but as the products were intact and only the packaging damaged they took no responsibility. My family will now be getting battered presents for Christmas which is slightly embarrassing and a warning not to order anything on line from House of Fraser.

I was very unimpressed with HoF customer service in my most recent experience. I was sent the wrong product - after I returned it for a refund, I re-ordered it but was sent the wrong product again, suggesting there is a warehouse problem. However when I tried to raise this with the customer service team I was simply told that the products would be refunded if I returned them - no explanation for or even acknowledgement of what is clearly quite a big issue and will no doubt see other customers suffer the same. Whilst I have now purchased and received the product from another website, I have still not been offered an explanation or acknowledgement despite requesting one twice. I suggest you review the emails on my records for the full background on this. Harriet Murphy.

One of the items contained in my order was an empty box, the pen was missing. I can't get through by phone and my contact form from a week ago has been ignored. Very poor service and no resolution as yet.

I have received this to review an order that I have yet to receive. Any trying to contact the courier fastways is even more frustrating as no contact details to phone or email. I think again before ordering online again

Unfortunately the item I bought (a glass Christmas tree ornament) was smashed to bits in transit, ridiculous packing it in a small amount of bubble wrap and a plastic postal bag, it was bound to get damaged! I'm still waiting a response from customer services but I guess it's only be 3 days since I emailed them with pictures...

Ordered some eyeshadow that arrived damaged as was not packaged correctly, I have emailed twice as I was concerned they may not refund me because of it being make up but have not received any reply.

Absolutely appauled. I ordered an item which I paid delivery on, asked for the order to be cancelled and it was being delivered later that afternoon. Driver did not listen to instructions and left the package, not only do I have to pay delivery but now I have to pay a for returns.

Ordered 2 items, both sent in wrong colour. Emailed HOF to ask for a prepaid returns label. Had to send photographs. Eventually got a prepaid label. Never dealt with them before, probably won't deal with them in future.

Packaging ripped, bought some Jack Wills ladies Pants, box was ripped in half, top bought looked liked it had been a return and squashed in a bag which had rips all round and product needs pressing. :(
