After a month of ordering, I have still not received the item. Poor communication. Would never order from them again.

Ordered 2 items, both sent in wrong colour. Emailed HOF to ask for a prepaid returns label. Had to send photographs. Eventually got a prepaid label. Never dealt with them before, probably won't deal with them in future.

Packaging ripped, bought some Jack Wills ladies Pants, box was ripped in half, top bought looked liked it had been a return and squashed in a bag which had rips all round and product needs pressing. :(

Utterly disgusted with the service I returned a parcel of a boss sweatshirt on 28th November no refund still I have emailed so many times no reply and no telephone number where I can speak to someone to help terrible service from a reputable company

my goods werent packaged - just put in an envelope and the box they were in was totally destroyed , It was an onward Christmas gift and i had no time to return it and house of Fraser woudl only accept the item back and replace IF they had another in stock or refund - useless , especially as they took almost a week to come back to me - i had had to post the goods in their damaged container to the gift recipient so they reached them for Christmas - such poor customer service and not making any good will in a miserable year .

Until know my item is nowhere to be found and it is supposed to be present for xmas i have to purchased another item and it seems no one is resolving it titally disappointed

Not impressed at all. all the presents and gift packaging were damaged when being delivered. It was not packed in card box in order to prevent contents being damaged.

I am still waiting for my 2 trouser refunds and 3 recorded delivery reimbursements. After house of Fraser taking my money for the trousers 3 times I been told they are now not in stock. I’ve had no email regarding my reimbursement for £76 x 2 and £4.90 x 3 and urgently want my money back before I take this matter further as your not even responding back! I’m absolutely disgusted the way this matter has been dealt with !

Awful service my coat arrive woth the security label on I work shift work at a hospital with no way of getting into my nearest House of Fraiser to take it off which is 40 minutes away . No reply from Customer service at all I have phone and emailed This is a gift for my son next week after a terrible year

I have placed my pre-order online with the product availability from 7th Dec. As stated in the email from HOF “order is subject to stock availability and does not constitute a binding contract. This email does not constitute or represent confirmation of the purchase. This will be issued when your order has been processed by our warehouse team.” It’s been 10 days since product could be available, however I have not received any information is it. I appreciate the fact it might not be but when or if someone is going to inform me about this and when I am going to receive my refund? On the other hand how long should I wait for completing my order? A year, two or more...? I have sent 3 emails, which first was ignored, response to second was someone will be in touch with me soon(4 days later-nothing), third just posted. Terrible experience.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I paid £7.99 for next day delivery a week ago and I have still not received this delivery. I have emailed customer service and received no response.

I purchased 3 items. 2 items packaging was made of flimsy cardboard. The flimsy packaged goods were mailed to me in a plastic bag and looked like they had been squashed and mostreated their entire journey to my door. I have raised a complaint and sent photographs. I am yet to receive a response

I think it’s disgusting how you have to pay for delivery and also for return. I also was fuming that I drove 40 miles to my nearest house of Fraser to take it back on store. But oh no they don’t take on line returns. I was so upset. I will never buy from them ever again. How are they going to compete in the on line business of you have to buy and return. Do not buy from Them ! I can get most of there items anywhere we can you can make easy returns !!
