Very Disappointed!! Ordered an expensive make up palette that was offering a free gift and never received the free gift,full of excuses oh out of stock when packaged so was cancelked. No email notification. Following day all website of makw up beand had the same set on offering free gift again,yet i didnt get it. Once questioned on this the offerscwere removed. Very misleading,just offering so they get more people buying.

Ordered online as a gift but they were the wrong size. Went into store to get refund/ replacement. One pair could be swapped in store as they had the correct size. The other pair could not and in store would only give store credit or I had to return in the post. Decided to return but there was no free returns label and had to post back by going to post office and pay £8.80 for the return. Very unhappy with this given covid risks and also all other retailers seem to have free returns and more convenient collection policies in place. Won’t be ordering online again and due to covid won’t likely be going into store until matters change. #unhappycustomer

Not happy. An item missing in parcel. Most expensive one and my husbands Xmas present! Not hear back. Need ASAP before Xmas and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement !

I’m still waiting for a parcel that I ordered 8 days ago. The first contact from you regarding this arrived this morning to say it’s been picked. This is shocking service to a customer.

The picture of what I ordered looks grey so false advertising and when it arrived the box was extremely bashed, so not amused

Paid £7.99 postage wrong item placed in basket i clicked medium for some reason at check out it was xl . So couldn't change or go back .I also had other item with it so placed another order £7.99 postage so all in all £14 98 ,for postage. Tried to take xl back in store at metro centre only to be told they no longer take returns .wasted journey had to take to post office and postage was £4.70 So postage cost me £19.67 in total Very angry

Very disappointed!! I purchased this as a present and it turned up heavily damaged and I am still awaiting a response from House of Fraser. No wonder they are struggling for business if they can’t respond to issues and send damaged goods.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Placed my order back on 3rd of December , still haven't received any updates despite sending numerous emails and it's funny that their customer service number doesn't work. I ordered very expensive shoes and thought will wear it on festive period but no update so far. Will never order from them again

I still haven’t received my parcel and it’s nearly Christmas . The courier service have advised me to contact use and no one has got back to me yet . Very upset as this is a Christmas present

Received parcel but unfortunately had to return as to small have sent back recorded delivery the next day Monday 14th December. Have emailed to find out if you have received and when replacement will be sent. Now 20 th December and still waiting reply as to when I can expect replacement to be sent. Very disappointed

Disappointing - I ordered and paid for two items and receive diamonds discount buying the two. Was able to purchase both as said they were on stock online. I received one in the post when I checked second item was out of stock you only chose to notify me of this once I had ordered both! Very annoying and in the current climate caused an inconvenience!

Three out of four items arrived perfectly. The Barbour shirt worth £70 arrived in a crumpled heap, stuffed in a bag. I emailed customer service as it is supposed to be a Christmas present but I have had no active response so I Facebook messaged the photos along with a request of what I should do about this unusable present and got a response of ‘what is faulty with the item’ I then explained my issue again and have had no further correspondence. I would love to actually speak to someone in customer services but they don’t seem to be contactable.

Paid £8 for next day delivery to ensure my gift arrived in time for a Birthday. To my disappointment, they sent me the wrong item and therefore spoilt the Birthday. No phone number to call to get help, only e-mail which a week later I’ve had no help and the item I ordered is now sold out. Very poor customer service, zero in fact. I’ve asked for a refund of my £8 postage considering they failed to send the correct item.

SENT THE TOTALLY INCORRECT BOOTS WITH 2 DIFFERENT LABELS ON THE BOX. NO REPLY TO 2 DIRECT MESSAGES THUS FAR. POSTAGE FEE OF £10.20 AT MY OWN COST TO RETURN THEM. TAKING ISSUE TO RESOLVER FOR RESOLUTION. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED.
