Delivery 2 days late and to wrong address

I chose this beautiful Dior skincare set for my mum as her Christmas present at a total cost of £65. It was only packaged in a bag so when it arrived it was totally battered and spoiled. It should have been packaged in a more sturdier cardboard box. Not happy!

Oder incorrect and unable to contact anyone to help me. Finally gave up and reordered. When a £330 handbag arrived it was squashed up in a plastic bag with handles bent over and full of marks.. won’t be ordering again

I am really disappointed with House of Fraser. This is the first time I have ordered anything from them and the last! I paid for next day delivery over a week ago and still haven't received my order. It is a Christmas present and I am worried it is not going to be here on time now. I have contacted both HoF and the delivery company and have had no response from either. I expected better from such a well known department store!

Bought a vase. It arrived absolutely shattered. The bubble wrap was around the outside of the box. The vase inside was completely unprotected. This was my main Christmas present for my wife. I am now told (Saturday) that they are out of stock. I don't have a present for my wife. now. It makes me feel awful.

I ordered Xmas crackers. They arrived all squashed in a damaged box. Very disappointed having paid £4.99 delivery charges. Rubbish

I am absolutely appalled with the service from house of Fraser. I ordered my wife’s Xmas gift on the 13th December. I paid £7.99 for delivery, it’s now 21st December, 4 days before Xmas and it’s stuck with Hermes. Hermes tell me to contact you, you have no contact number. But you are flooding my email inbox with marketing and sales emails but refuse to return my emails asking for help to do with my item!

Awful experience from start to finish. Ordered a pair of boots which where delivered damaged and with food wrappers stuffed inside. It took 6 days for anyone from customer service to respond to my email in which there was no acknowledgment of how disgustingly unhygienic it was to have received an order with dirty food wrappers inside. Returned to boots only for the new pair to arrive just as damaged. I was advised to return these and shop in store.... if that was an option I’d have done that in the first instance. I was offered a voucher as compensation which was promised to be emailed within 1-3 days. It’s now been 10 days and still no voucher. Having read the awful reviews online for House of Fraser I’m doubtful I’ll even receive a refund or the vouchers as social media seems to be full of similar stories. I wish I’d seen these before ordering so I could have avoided this absolute farce of a company!

I am yet to receive what I ordered - I suspect this is because of Hermes and not HoF but HoF should reconsider their delivery partner

Appalling service. Ordered a very expensive coat on Dec 7th. Not arrived nearly 2 weeks later. Trying to track it down but getting no response from House of Fraser. Not impressed at all!

I could not refund my item in shop bought on line . Had to pay £8.00 post delivery. As well as Delivery when I got item . Have spent a lot at your store . Never shopping with you again .

I accidentally put in the wrong house number with my order. It would be easier to get in contact with the queen. It took them 5 days to email me back and by then the parcel had been delivered. Luckily the lady in the house it went to kindly took it in as I had informed her of my mistake. Another thing Hermes delivered it and was going to leave it in her front door on a main road. £120 boots Awful HOF

Ordered a dressing gown as a Christmas present. Click and collect. 7 days later ordered was cancelled by hof but I got an email to say it was per my request. I've been refunded but overall not too happy with being made to wait a week for nothing

I ordered items on 2nd of december, i got acknowledgement of the order but no money was taken 6 days later i still here nothing and i contact them online, but again no reply. I was worried i might loose out on offer so ordered towels from another website. On 15th of December i get an email to say my order is being processed and my card will be charged. I was so angry as i had now ordered these from another store. Lucky for me the other store amara cancelled my order after i contacted them. I paid £5 for delivery with house of fraser.

Very poor it tuck 3 members of staff to try and book my collection out !!! With very poor customer service or care, it was over 20 minutes of waiting... I want be using your service again and I’ll be sure to tell friends and family.

Paid 69.00 for a bag and ended up receiving a bag for 59.00 not sure if it’s even the same bag but I’m not waiting 3 weeks to receive a new one
