I ordered 5 items, 3 days later I was emailed to say that 4 of these items were out of stock. As I had paid £4.99 for delivery, This made the one item left, more expensive than I could have bought it elsewhere. I emailed customer services to cancel the order as I hadn’t had a dispatch email, but was told it had been dispatched and couldn’t be changed. I asked for the postage to be refunded, but was told no - not a good experience.

Shocking service, order apparently cancelled as they couldn’t withdraw the money, despite the money going out of my account. No Customer Services number to actually speak to someone to rectify the problem. Directed by the website to sending an e mail...which I did twice and still no response or resolution. Won’t be using them again. Awful experience

My order has not arrived from 6th December and I have contacted house of fraser on several occasions and no response. This is christmas presents and doesnt seem likely i am going to receive them! I am disgusted with the lack of customer service!

I bought 5 dresses from House of Fraser online and sadly non of them fit me. I wanted to return to store, however I was told I would only receive a credit note in store and if I wanted a full refund I would need to send via the Post Office. I did this but with a cost and inconvenience to myself. I will NEVER shop at House of Fraser again.

Not happy as I ordered 2 items and 1 came ..sent email about other and said they will send but still not received...carnt call as number get cut off ...also charged for item and no credit made

My order did not arrive although payment taken. Difficulty getting through to hof to sort. Eventually got through and told out of stock and someone dealing with refund (3 days before Christmas)! The person was to email me within 2 hours but no contact made and now I can’t get any answer from customer services. They also didn’t answer my 2 emails. Substantial amount of money waited for and now I have to try to source replacement before Friday Very unhappy with hof service

Useless c u n t s , paid for next day delivery and 3 days later still nothing ! Says Hermes have it and awaiting courier but been like that for days now Never will buy again

I placed an order for two items and paid the express delivery charge. One item was cancelled and I was not given an opportunity to replace this item, hence paying the £7.99 charge for an item costing less than £30. A poor service in my view.

Hermes have left my parcel on the front door step and it’s been lost am £180 out of pocket I’ve raised W complaint and you’ve been in touch however am still waiting for the issue to be resolved I will be going flannels next time

House of Fraser is the only store that charged delivery and a return fee out of every online purchase I made (which was many) I appreciate some shops charge delivery if the order is under a certain amount, however HoF charged £4.99 on a £140 order. Would only use as a last resort!

I received my order I did not get the item I paid for ? I was sent a different item that cost less but I was still charged for the more expensive item. I did not receive any notification to explain why.

Received incorrect item, outer packaging was glued to the actual purchase which ruined the gift. No customer service to contact just email that went unanswered. Had to travel to the store to sort out. For me the service is not there from HOF no apology given. No care given when packing the item just caused hassle what should be a simple transaction.

I chose this beautiful Dior skincare set for my mum as her Christmas present at a total cost of £65. It was only packaged in a bag so when it arrived it was totally battered and spoiled. It should have been packaged in a more sturdier cardboard box. Not happy!

Oder incorrect and unable to contact anyone to help me. Finally gave up and reordered. When a £330 handbag arrived it was squashed up in a plastic bag with handles bent over and full of marks.. won’t be ordering again
