Ordered trainers which were £77. Disappointed that I had to pay delivery charges too and would have to pay for the refund if I dishy want to keep them. Luckily, they are fine so I'm keeping them. Delivery was prompt and I was notified when the delivery would take place.

Second time I have ordered from them online, first time only sent 1 item out of 3, they made an error and sent refund, this time sent wrong colour. I will only go to the shop, no more online shopping with them.

I haven’t received my shoes that I ordered !! The customer service is so rubbish. No contact number and dint reply back to emails. Says there is a chat service but is never available. £180 down and no shoes. Terrible service and not happy at all

I recently purchased a pair of Adidas trainers for my child. They sent them and they were discoloured!

I am so disappointed in firstly delivery was not acceptable however your team did apologise and refunded delivery. I then discover the Ted Baker bedding is not a standard to fit the name & I return it costing me £9.99 which I want a refund ASAP as if the stores were open it would not charge me.

Customer service is very poor in communication and I had a 20 £ vouchers were not be able to apply it online !! They didn’t help me after that about it !There is no phone number to contact !! Delivery very pricy and package is awful snd you have to pay for your return !! It’s very bad compare to other stores in Uk such as Harrods , Selfridges And harvynichols.

Over £60 of goods missing from parcel. Rude and inefficient investigation, accused me of theft! I advise against purchasing anything from this organisation.

Awful service. Received a marketing email last weekend offering a free gift with two Estee Lauders purchases (usual condition of one being skincare). I ordered within an hour or so of receiving the email. Paid extra for prompt delivery. Parcel arrived on the Monday - no free gift. Emails exchanged with customer service who basically said bad luck, there aren't any left but went on to claim order had been sent in line with policy therefore no free return but they would refund my original postage. I paid £4.20 to return the goods (signed for). (Refund has just come - they havent refunded my original postage fee. Therefore I am nearly £13 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. I will not be shopping with HofF again and will make sure friends and family know what happened. Very unimpressed. It was obvious that they forgot to add the free gift before posting but couldn't admit that as that would mean they'd had to pay for the return. (I don't belive they sold out in two hours!) Gone downhill. Also since when did a brand like HofF not offer free returns? Terrible.

Exceptionally prompt delivery with constant update on expected time of delivery. A slight blip - I ordered a Howick Polo Shirt, size L and received size XL - L on the package, XL on the label. However, the other items were perfect.

I have always loved visiting H of F in the high street, and I am pleased to see they have such a diverse range of items still for sale online. The website is good - filters seem to work well - and I have picked up some great bargains with my recent circa £1k purchases. My only comment about their service is .... they don't offer free delivery on items or returns. Plus, and more importantly I have had a poor experience with refund processing. One time I had to escalate to an external ombudsman because it was taking so long, and yet last month I had a refund within a couple of days. Waiting on another one at the moment too .....
