“My order H74975 should have 11 boxes which were bought 10 days ago. After 4 were delivery a couple of days ago, don't know where my other 7 boxes are. Please chase. As a repeating customer, if you changed such terrible logistics, let me down.”

“They invoiced my other son instead of my son that the order was for. Then they proceeded to invoiced my son that needed the order. So I’m the end bothe my sons were billed for the same order despite the fact one does not use pull ups anymore..”

“I purchased gloves and spray bottles. They didn't have the size I ordered so they contacted me and offered another size. I was flexible so said yes. The bottles that arrived were very cheaply manufactured, would often not stand up on their own, and arrived dirty (I have photos). Felt like a direct order from China to be honest. I won't use this company again.”
