“I am normally very happy with the service and promptness when dealing with your business, but I am sorry to say that this time around not so much. I partly received my order on Monday, I have gone through this with Leane from your end and she says the other part of the order should come within a day or two. If you didn’t have all the stock for delivery at the same time why didn’t you let me know beforehand”

“The product is good, but 2 out of the 3 containers of hair product was squashed, like it had been dropped or stood on. therefore I had to scoop what I could save into another container. Maybe use more bubble wrap.”
