It was extremely greasy and the oil took 4 washes to get out. You could squeeze the loc n oil would seep out. It didn’t lock the roots at all.

One of the bottles I purchased wasn’t sealed properly and spilled inside the box, they thought a 5$ in shop voucher was the solution 😡.

Still awaiting delivery over a week later despite allegedly being dispatched on the 7th. Have made contact and not received a reply beyond a “doesn’t make sense what the tracking is saying we’ll get back to you” and not receiving an update since.

Extremely disappointed with the delivery service. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and over 1 week since the courier company attempted delivery. The only options for the delivery company is to be home to accept with a signature or pay extra to have it delivered to another address. You cannot collect from a pickup point. I am a single mum who works in healthcare so do not work from home. When I reached out to House of Nappies for assistance I was given zero apology and told to fix it myself. Order at your own risk.

It took a week to get form Noble Park to Mulgrave. The tracking did not work and when called you wouldn’t help and said it was up to the couriers. Never buy here again.

My order H74975 should have 11 boxes which were bought 10 days ago. After 4 were delivery a couple of days ago, don't know where my other 7 boxes are. Please chase. As a repeating customer, if you changed such terrible logistics, let me down.

They invoiced my other son instead of my son that the order was for. Then they proceeded to invoiced my son that needed the order. So I’m the end bothe my sons were billed for the same order despite the fact one does not use pull ups anymore..
