“We appreciated the great communication by your delivery people. Besides an estimated time period for delivery; they gave us a heads up text when they were on the way. They were so friendly and so excited to be delivering our new puppy to us. We were also surprised that they gave us her carrier with the food bag attached and the water dish with water. We knew she had been well taken care of.”

“The driver, Daisy, was excellent! She sent me pictures when she first picked up Tyler. She contacted me again, when she was 1 hour away from my house. She arrived at the time she said she would. Daisy was extremely Pleasant, and caring about our new puppy. I would recommend her highly to anyone who needed to transport their family member who is fuzzy.”

“The communication we received was excellent and our driver gave us ample notice of his arrival. I took one star off because our puppy arrived with poop on him in various places. I do acknowledge that this may be normal, unavoidable and/or My Pet Cab perhaps shouldn't be held responsible. All other aspects of the service were great.”
