“Our puppy was well-handled. She arrived safely and ready to love us and to play. My only concern was that she was delivered when I wasn't expecting her. PuppySpot emailed me and told me she would arrive at the airport at 3pm. It is a 1 1/2 drive to my house. Then I was called at 10:00am and told she would arrive between 12:30 and 2:00. She arrived at 11:10 am. I wasn't home but fortunately I was on my way. I hope the driver didn't have to wait too long. I would ask that you have better communication on the arrival. Thank you.”

“They called as soon as the puppy landed with an estimated plan. They cleaned the pup after his day of travels and came happy and healthy!”
