“I appreciated the heads up call in the am to let me know she would arrive between 3pm and 6pm. At 5:45pm I called because I still had not heard from the driver, so I left a message. I got a call back within 5 min explaining due to all the protests he was running behind. He was scheduled to drop of to a different address only 3 blocks from me in the next 15 min so I ran over to that address to meet them other wise it would have been probably another hr or more till they came to my address (due to the directions the driver was given and the protesting issues). I got there just a few min before the driver and I must say he was so nice and very sweet and funny. Someone with a great personality like that is important to have at a moment when the client is so excited to meet there new family member. So job well done!!!!!”

“These are very stressful times, not to mention the stress of moving from the mainland to Maui and Ryan, Neil and Lenny were pivotal in getting my two dogs safely to Maui. I could not have done this without this wonderful company. Ryan did an outstanding job with coordination, followup/communication, getting the right crates ordered and schedule changes due to Covid-19. She took calls from me 7/24 to answer all of my questions and proactively/creatively helped to figure out any roadblocks that occurred. Her expertise, professionalism and thoughtfulness made everything so much easier. Neil picked the dogs up from the Hotel and transported them to LAX. He sent pictures and communicated via text that my dogs were okay and on the flight to Honolulu; relieving some of my stress and anxiety. Lenny also sent pictures/videos and texts letting me know the dogs made it safely and were okay. In addition, Lenny took such good care of the dogs by cleaning them up due to their accidents during the flight from LA and walking them. He even made water bowls for them that held enough water and didn't spill easily. Lenny got them to the air cargo company on time and let me know that they boarded safely and were on schedule to Maui. This group of coordinators and handlers are awesome! Each one of them treated my dogs and I like we were family. They even went the extra mile to call me after I got to my new home to make sure everything was alright; not caring about the time difference, which made it very late for them. I can't say enough nice things about this unique company. They stick with you from beginning to end, relieving all of the stress and anxiety that comes with a big life changing move with animals.
