“From the sweet phone call I received from Julie (Julia?) to confirm My puppy’s amended window of arrival time to the very joyful and caring call from Jerry to let me know he was near and very shortly after that he and my new puppy has arrived I must admit that I was greatly impressed with the thoroughness, professionalism and very obvious caring that your employees exuded. When I saw Jerry sweetly and gently holding my new puppy in his lap to present to me I was beyond thrilled! And speaking with this very kind and ever so caring man gave me much confidence that my puppy had been lovingly looked after on his trip to me. I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful employees and service! Sebastian even arrived that very day even earlier than originally expected ( with updates from Jerry along the way) which made his arrival even more of a joy! I am so glad my new puppy Sebastian (née Arrow) had his care entrusted to such a fine company as yours and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend to others. Thank you so very much for the very wonderful safe and thoughtful way Jerry delivered my little boy home to me! With much appreciation, Barbara Rodgers”

“Ray delivered our baby Simon yesterday. He called, was on-time, and was SO friendly. The pups were clean and calm in the back while he gave us the instructions for our pup. He took photos for us. Would suggest using them for anyone!”

“Our woman driver who brought my puppy to me was FABULOUS! She was kind, caring, supportive. She made sure my puppy had food and water and was clean. You could tell she loves dogs. I’d give her a gold star. Thank you.”
