“I received a message on my phone the night before the delivery of my doggie. It was a kind and informative message. The day of delivery all went well. I wish I had spent a minute getting to know more information about the driver! She came and went so quickly I never got to know her name or thank her ! I guess so much was going on with the delivery! Thank you for a good experience!”

“Kate was our driver for our little Abby. She was great! Our puppy came to us clean, calm, and even 40 minutes ahead of the scheduled 3 hour pocket we were given as her expected time of arrival. We couldn’t be happier!”

“Neil delivered our puppy a little early which was great. He called to let us know when he would arrive. When he arrived we were told what he ate and drank and letnus know about his trip. Our puppy was clean and ready for his new home. We are very pleased with the service.”

“Great service. Jim was responsive the whole time and there were timely updates. Mechanical issue caused a delay but it was fixed and rest of trip was smooth. Especially appreciate responsive communication via text and email over the cross country trip.”
