“Paul was great! He called me an hour and a half before drop off to confirm and I told him my apartment building was tricky and suggested he cal when he was close. He called me when he was 3 minutes away and I was able to direct him to my place - he was wonderfully kind and had clearly taken good care of my beautiful baby puppy.”
