“Alex called to let me know when he was leaving airport and gave an approximate time of arrival. Called again when he was 10 min away. Our puppy Penny was delivered on time. Alex was very professional.”

“Waiting for a new pet to arrive is the time of very high anxiety for anyone – and our family have recently experienced the death of a very old very loved sweet doggy, so our anxiety was super large. That said, The fact that MY PET CAB gave us updates every step of the way and arrived on time as promised made this family exceedingly happy and exceedingly grateful”
