“Ogot the ball rolling and product was shipped in a timely manner. Once I contacted you directly after waiting 2 weeks for an order update i was able to get the information that Casafina cook and host products were being phased out...then it was ordered and shipped in a timely manner. I wish I would have been contacted by you.”

“I was a little nervous about this purchase, but I am so happy with it! It looks really good in my kitchen and is easy to clean and feels nice to stand on. It is very cute, the tile looks very well done and I get a lot of compliments on it. I will be ordering again at some point. Delivery took a very long time, but they gave fair warning and it was well worth the wait.”

At first it seemed shipping on the frames I’d ordered as Christmas gifts was delayed (understandable given current environment); on inquiry, I received a prompt response that they’d double-check and ensure the order would ship out immediately. They arrived within 3 days, in time for Christmas, and I couldn’t be happier with the product!”
