“I ordered wrong size vinyl floor cloth and sent an email to customer service on a Saturday, who immediately responded and fixed the issue. Sent another email a few days after order was due to ship for status and they were quick to reply and send tracking number. Impeccable customer service!!”

“I love it! We have a tiny kitchen and I've been looking at rugs or a way to tile the floor without spending a ton of money. This was the perfect solution.”

“The vinyl floor mat arrived in perfect condition and flattened out quickly. I love the design and the thickness. Finally, a mat for the entry way that the front door doesn’t hang up on!”

“The mat arrived in excellent condition , two days early. The quality is wonderful. The mat rolled out and laid flat right away. It is not stiff, very flexible. Colors were true to pic online. I’d buy it again”

“We absolutely love these glasses. We debated because they can't go in the dishwasher, but that just means they won't get weird spots from the dishwasher!”

“I ordered a vinyl floor cloth, a really lovely product. H&V set a time estimate for this custom order, and when the expected date passed, they responded to my email to investigate the delay and share a new delivery date. Great communication.”

“Great design and color! Wish it was more cleaning friendly. Ability to mop/vacuum would be beneficial with two large dogs to keep up with. Customer service was appreciated.”
