“The rug was fine but it was too small. Hudson & Vine has a horrible return policy. I will never order anything from them again. Read the return policy before placing an order.”

“While I had a good experience getting some questions answered, I'm disappointed that it didn't state right on the product page that vacuuming the floorcloth would cause damage. I would not have made this purchase if I had been informed.”

“Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with my purchase. The colors are way darker and more muted than what was shown online. The mat itself was paper thin - it looked like I’d put a photograph on the floor. The description said no underlying pad was needed but the it was very slippery on my tile floor. A very unsatisfactory item.”

“Physical product is much different then what is seen on the site. Colors are faded, slightly blurry and not as vibrant. For the price I would not recommend this. Great marketing and product photography. Fooled me.”

“Lamp is nice wiring is terrible, wheel switch difficult to use. Lightbulb screw in assembly broken on both lamps. We had to replace on both lamps!”

“I was charged almost immediately for the rug but it did not arrive until almost a month later. I did contact customer service and they were very rude and curt with me. I dont' know why as that was unneccesary. I was only inquiring as to what was the delay. They never told me but sort of just blasted me. The vinyl rug arrived and it seems very cheaply made. It's very thin and it slides a bit on my kitchen vinyl floor. I'm not thinking this is going to last very long. The ONLY thing I like about it is the old whitewashed wood look on it. I will never order again after being treated so poorly by their Representative.”

“Paid $25 for a swatch thinking I would receive an a to scale piece of the design & color of the vinyl rug I’m interested in. What I received is a box of small, not to scale (in seems by looking at the website pics) of the design I like in all the colors it comes in. Small 4x4in squares. One swatch in the design/color I requested with the design to scale is what I hoped for. So $25 later I don’t have a better idea of the size of the design I like or how it might look in my home. Disappointed.”

“I am so sorry to have to report that I am disappointed by my purchase. I have admired your mats for years and was very excited to be purchasing one. However, the scale of the pattern on the mat I received is not the scale that I thought I would get. It's many times larger than I expected. I thought your method of showing a pattern's scale by photographing it with a pair of feet was a perfect way to show the all-important scale of each design. So that's what I thought I would get. The very large-scale pattern I received is not what I wanted. The color and quality are good, but it doesn't look right on the floor.”
