“I received the placemats and asked for a return authorization number the same day. The color of the placemats are not black but a purple hue. I have not gotton the number needed to return the item yet and it has been 10 days. It took over ten days to receive the items and now I can not get the return authorization number I need to make the return. So what do you call that? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE?”

“Definitely not worth the money I spent for this purchase. The border of the print on the mat looked like it was moldy and dirty. The whole print looks dirty. I could not put this in the intended room, my kitchen. It lookes unsanitary.”

“I purchased what were very expensive vinyl placemats which were meant to be for easy cleaning but the stain immediately. We dropped a little tomato sauce on one and cleaned it right after it dropped and now can’t get the stain out. I purchased these because they were supposedly to be easy for cleaning. They stain very easily. Beyond disappointed”

“I love the concept and think it would be helpful to consumers to state the colors of the flooring. I was disappointed to see that the backgroundsd was green instead of creme. I was offered a discount of 15% rather than return it. If I knew the shipping charge I could make an informed decision.”

“One star for the nice design. Minus four stars for: A) a very muted dull color, absolutely nothing at all like the saturated colors in the picture on this website, and according to my husband who has been a professional printer for 25 years, poorly printed. B) the overcomplicated and expensive return system C) price for what one gets I'll be keeping it and using it in an area where it won't really be seen that much, just not to deal with the return process.”

“I wanted to LOVE the kitchen floor mat I purchased a few months ago. I was immediately disappointed because the entire boarder was discolored and looked dirty all the time. I kept it anyway because I really wanted the retro vibe it has. Today we picked it up to mop the kitchen and realized the white underside of the vinyl is leaving a light film on the floor. That’s it. I will no longer be using my Hudson & Vine vinyl mat and cannot recommend it to others.”

“Baskets are not a true Navy color. Needed to return the baskets and cost to return was more than 1/2 the cost of the baskets. Will not be ordering from this site again since return policy is not easy.”
