“Why on earth did it take to weeks to arrive?”

“I purchased 2 of these mats 52"X76" and 72"X72". Love the colors and having mats in my kitchen area but the large one has these scratches in them already (72X72). I have dogs but the other mat and the mat I have from V-MAT look perfect. These scratches are all over the mat. Nothing has been dragged across this mat and there are no other marks form my dogs on the other mats. I would just expect better quality for what these mats cost.”

“I like the product, however, i purchased 2 pieces to cover mt irregular area and, despite being the same pattern, they did not align. I-tried different angles, but the problem persists. This really diminished the overall appearance. One pattern seems slightly enlarged compared to the other. Disappointing.”

“Frustrating! More than half of the colors for the item I picked are sharp and as depicted, but the one I picked has a bunch of aged distortion that you aren’t aware of until it is on the floor.”

“The item ordered was fine but the packaging was extremely annoying!… it came packed with tons of styrofoam peanuts and now I have to pay a lot of money to get box picked up for disposal.. I will not be ordering from this company again….”

“The colors and design are cool, but they are definitely very thin and a bit flimsy. I was told that you can’t put padding underneath them so they are kind of flailing around my kitchen right now and I’m a bit disappointed in my purchase as they are not inexpensive.”

“Love the items - especially the patterns/colors on the website. I wanted to use them to replace my older linoleum flooring during a remodel. The company told me that the "rugs" would not designed for to use for the flooring and they were right! They will be great to cover up a rug when messing about with stuff to keep clear of a rug. I was hoping for a shinier finish and larger patterns - finish is sort of dull and patterns are small especially when looking down at it.”

“While the products they sell are a good idea, I was disappointed with the mat I received and disappointed that Hudson & Vine did not acknowledge the email I sent to them about the product. On the good side, the mat was well wrapped and shipped in a large cardboard box, so it was protected.”

“I was disappointed with my purchase. The mat was more colorful on line. You could not see the darker edge. To me it just looks dirty I also did not read the directions for cleaning or I would not of purchased it. Not being able to use a mop or vacuum makes cleaning a chore. Fran”

“Product was sized correctly and arrived in good time. Rattan placemats were honey colored/ light brown in the photos online, but what arrived was very dark brown. Good product but disappointed in the color.”

“1st- we love our Blue Pheasant flatware. The problem was the shipping. The flatware came in a large box filled with styrofoam peanuts. Who uses that any more? I filled a tall garbage bag and took them to a location that I know would recycle them ( and paid for the service). I hope you become more of a sustainable business or we can no longer be customers. Carol Collier”

“Although the throw is lovely, the color is very different from what appears on-line. It is not at all like the tangarine orange pictured, but is rather dark and reddish orange in real life.”
