“The mat ended up not being what I had expected. It was bigger than I had hoped, for a runner, (my miscalculation), and it is quite a bit less vibrant in color than I thought it would be. The "distressing/aging" is very fake looking. I'm using it but probably will not purchase another piece.”

“I ordered the vinyl mat and was very excited because it would fit well in my craftsman house. I was just surprised when I received it that the edges looked like they were misprinted. Evidently that was to make it look distressed. I did not notice it on the pictures when I ordered. I was going to send back but I wouldn't get a full refund. Kept and it looks fine”

“Although I really like my vinyl mat. I was a bit underwhelmed. It doesn't seem to have the aged look that the phone depicts. It might be because I order a smaller size. It works great in my bathroom and the colors are just as shown online. The only thing that really surprised me is that it took close to a month to receive. The company is located in New York, so Im assuming it's drop shipped from overseas somewhere. It wood have been nice to know that upfront. I would have still ordered it, but I wouldn't have kept looking for it.”

“I ordered a 5 piece setting of Casafina Taormina stoneware in Aqua. Unfortunately, after paying for everything as a set, only 3 pieces could be shipped. This was not a problem caused by Hudson & Vine and they have done their utmost to get 4 out of the 5 pieces to us. The dishes that have arrived are beautiful & I love them. We can't wait to get the mugs, the 5th & final piece! I would advise checking to see that any set you order is in stock before you order it or you may have to wait a while to get everything. It seems to be a universal problem across stores.”

“I like the floor mat except photo online is misleading. There is a lot of green in background which doesn't show online and picture sent, and was told would be creamy. I luckily have some green in my Rugs which goes by chance... could have be a return otherwise. Overall I like it but giving a better description and photo would be nice”

“I loved the baby alpaca throws I purchased, however, was disappointed in the way they were shipped. I received them folded in a mailing envelope in my mailbox. Also, not having the option of a gift box so that they could be packaged beautifully, was a disappointment. For the amount I paid for these two gifts, I would have expected better.”

“Loved the website, did not like the floorcloth. It looks very cheap and not worth the cost at all. I would never buy a Spicher floorcloth again as they look awful and do not take returns. Hudson & Vine should discontinue carrying Spicher.”

“I am aware the coloring isn't exactly as pictured, and they want them to look "worn" and old. However, it just looks like dirty water spots, and not "antiqued" at all. The graphics and clear and nice, the quality of the material is great. I would not recommend to others though :-/ not at these prices at least.”
