“I ordered a TV from the website. The layout was ok and the booking process was smooth. However, they didn't arrive on the day I selected, although they claimed they tried to contact me. I called them back to find out the situation, only to find out that the order was cancelled because of "security reason" and they don't provide any further explanation. I have been internet shopping for years. First time to hear this. Super weird.”

“I wish I had read other reviews online before purchasing. The after-sales care was dreadful. They were rude and dismissive and the item I ordered was not up to scratch and their website did not properly describe the item. Awful experience and I am now left out of pocket as they would not acknowledge liability and were intimidating and service was more than unsatisfactory. Steer clear.
