“Hughes people are AMAZING! Their service is quick and efficient from the people arranging the deliveries to the people performing the task. And not just that!They overcome difficulties and any occurring inconvenience and go above and beyond! Although the lift to my apartment(6th floor!) was not working on the delivery day,they still managed to get my fridge upstairs and remove my old one. Absolute professionals- thank you Hughes!!”

“We bought a Bosch Fridge freezer from Hughes and it was advertised as frost free. On arrival we found it was not frost free and went into store to report this and they checked their website and it was not frost free. Dave the salesman saw the manager and they did not quibble they owned up to their mistake and said they would do a exchange. We have bought many electrical items over the years and have never had a problem. Their prices are very competitive and their delivery is first class.”

“Outstanding customer services. Stupidly I ordered a washing machine that was too big for the depth we had. Hughes helped with the return using their crew and delivered another smaller machine. Very pleasant delivery men from the shop too which makes a change! Recommended”

I spotted some of the negative reviews on here, they don't even sell on Ebay? so I'm not sure if some of the reviewers have confused the company? “Every year I go back to Hughes in Felixstowe Road and I am blown away by the astounding customer service. My first visit 3 years ago left me incredibly satisfied and I did not think it could be better. Each year I return hoping for a good deal, but these guys go above and beyond consistently to help you get what you are looking for at the best price. There are 3 people who have helped me more than once. The first is Laura and the other 2 guys I forgot to get their names. The culture in this store for customer service is outstanding and I must mention on line. Well Done Guys ! Good job😊”
