“I contacted Huxbaby regarding an issue with a garment and received a prompt reply. The garment was replaced and the customer service was fantastic. I love Huxbaby! They have such beautiful designs and the clothes wash really well.”
“Purchased 2 mystery bags, super quick delivery! One mystery bag had an item in the wrong size, contacted customer service and they were onto it straight away, checked what I had received so there was no double ups and sent out a replacement item which I received within a few days. Super happy with the items, my daughter loves her tulle ‘princess’ dress. Will definitely recommend and purchase again from Huxbaby”
“I LOVE Huxbaby, it's my favourite brand for my kids to wear. Every time we go out in Hux we get so many compliments and comments. Now you guys just need to make matchy Hux for us adults to wear ;)”
“In love with the new outfits we got for the kids! Fit is perfect and I have to say they wash amazingly not like the other brands I’ve bought. Thanks guys and stay safe!”
“Great product and quick sending. One suggestion would be to have a gift wrapping/card option as well. I think a lot of people shop for others having babies too!”
