“As a mom, customer service really matters to me, and this is honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had!
I know that delays and unexpected things can happen with any purchase anywhere esp sale, but what stood out was how much they cared and how they made sure I was taken care of. You can really feel that they value their customers, not just the sale! That's a rare gem
This is what makes me trust a brand and want to support them more!!! Go buy from them!”
“I’m genuinely surprised at the reviews here. Hux baby has the BEST customer service! If you’re contacting them from the US allow an extra day because of the time difference. They always respond! Always are super nice! They always take responsibility! And the quality of their clothing is the best I’ve had!! Lasts so long!
Don’t listen to other reviews, just purchase from Huxbaby!!!”
“Beautiful clothes for kids! My boys are pretty wild, they like to live life. I have found Huxbaby clothes easy to wash and wear and hold up really well. Cute designs too!”
“Purchased 2 items (T shirt & leggings ) & was extremely happy with both items.
The design was gorgeous , the fabric used so soft , & sizing was accurate .
It took a month to arrive but that is not the fault of Huxbaby . Overall very happy experience & would buy again”
“I made a mistake with delivery address and Huxbaby resent without hesitation.
The dress was great quality and super cute.
I would strongly recommend buying off Huxbaby.”
“Huxbaby is always our go to in our daughters wardrobe! The pieces are always great quality and the designs are adorable! We love that a lot of the pieces are gender neutral!”
