“Placed my order on Jan 9th during the promotional sale and my card was charged - expected 10 -14 days until my items were recieved, it is now Feb 9th and I still have no items and the tracking number given by customer support shows invalid since Jan 27th.”

“Love love love! I am a commuting college student so I am on campus for 6-8 hours a few times a week resulting in my needing a good water bottle. This keeps my water ice cold, it is easy to carry because of the handle, it is 100% leak proof (unless the straw is open), and I love that you can put the straw down/up. It feels so much more sanitary than a Stanley would. I also love that it has grippies on the lid to help you open it easier and rubber on the bottom so it doesn’t clank when you sit it down. Additionally I appreciate the fact that this company took into account people who are lefties and righties which more popular brands like Stanley do not. I loved these so much that I ordered two more!!!”
