“Purchased a mystery sleeve the sleeve I was given doesn't work with the cup I bought. When I reached out to customer service was told I could but a new item to fit the sleeve and they will give me free shipping. This is unacceptable why send me something that I can't use and the only way I can use it is to spend more money and purchase something else?”

On top of that, when I received my products, the large cup was very poorly constructed, the handle does not meet the cup, there is a space in it. Overall, I am not very pleased with the product, for that price, there should not be any defects. I know what it costs to make things in China and these are clearly way overpriced and poorly manufactured.”

“I love this mug. Versatile, keeps my water cold over night, and no straw sticking up to catch and tip over the mug. The only thing is, I would like an extra straw for this but I can't find it on the site. The silicone part that holds the straw in the cap is a little short and I have experienced the straw slipping loose.”

“The tumbler itself is great. I can throw it in my bag and I don't have to worry about anything spilling through. My problem is with the color. The color that is advertised (teal) is drastically different from what I actually received. It's not a matter of lighting and it being darker or brighter. The color itself is just not teal.”
“I think I been with my hydro for about 3 weeks … and it seals shut. The lid is rubber and is stained from me trying to open it and it’s forming little rubber balls on the lid from trying to open it every time it does seal shut. It also has dents inside ? The only pro is that it’s not leaking and I like the straw option. Although the straw sometimes detaches… Idkk for the price I wouldn’t purchase it again just because of these reasons. It’s cute tho ! lol”
