“I’m sure this is a fantastic water bottle and I’ve been super excited to switch to it from my go-to Stanley. However it’s taken over a week to even ship. It’s been about a week and a half so far and it still hasn’t arrived - tracking is still states away. Their website does not offer any faster shipping options. High quality product I’m sure, just snail speed delivery time. Would not recommend to anyone looking to get quickly.”
Normal packing time for our fulfillment time (outside of holidays and sales) is 2-4 business days. “I recently bought a traveler tumbler. About 2 weeks after my cup took a fall off the counter and my straw mouthpiece broke in half, making the cup unusable. I sent a picture to hydrojug and they were really good about setting me up with a new lid. Only complaint is them making a very durable cup with a mouth piece that is so easily broken. A friend of mine had a similar experience of their mouth piece breaking, making her cup unusable as well.”
