“Giving this 3/5 stars. My pink keeps the ice frozen and water cold which is great. My white one keeps my ice frozen for less than an hour and then it melts. I’m not sure why there’s a difference in the colors but my pink is great.”
“I've had this for about two weeks now
Using it primarily to drink water nothing else
It keeps my water icy cold. Let's be real, nobody should have to test and review how long the ice lasts in the cup with the same amount of water.
If I wanted to keep the cup full of water, you'll expect a cup full of ice. But if you're consuming water, refilling it up with more water throughout 8-10 hours in a day, expect your ice to melt. It's the reality and my water stays nice and cold.
I haven't dropped it yet to experience any dings or broke mouth piece. I just wish it included an extra straw.
I do let the cap air dry overnight to avoid mold building up in the tiny corners underneath the straw that has a rubber / silicone part between the plastic cap and the straw. It's not easy to take apart to clean otherwise I would've given this an easy 5 star rating. given I have a teal I wouldn't recommend boiling the lid either as you may stain the silicone.
The best part, it doesn't leak and it's double threaded for ambidextrous people like myself.

I'm curious if there's lifetime warranty on these things, as some big companies offer any case of any defects

“The products are great and I am glad that they sell replacement lids. However, the customer service was horrible. I placed my order on January 10. I understand they have a higher volume during sales. I waited, and finally on January 29, after 19 days, my order arrived. I was extremely dissatisfied in their lack of communication after I had emailed customer service after 10 days of placing my order. I was also disappointed that it took extremely long to arrive.”
We are sorry to hear that and appreciate your feedback. During sales especially our birthday week sale fulfillment can take longer than normal due to the high influx of orders. Fulfillment was 5-10 business during that week once your order is fulfilled shipping times begin. We state this in our confirmation email as well as website so you know when you can expect it. Fulfillment and shipping days are business days which exclude holidays and weekends. As for the slow response time we apologize for that with the high influx of orders there is also a high influx of emails and our team was trying to catch up on emails and working overtime to get back to everyone in a timely manner. Usually it is within 1-2 business days but with the sales/releases it was a little longer. We hired new members so in the future it won't take as long but our team will get back to you as quickly as they can.

“I was using my new Hydro Jug for about two weeks, and I loved the clear lid and the fact that it didn't leak. However, it fell from my car to the ground - so maybe 2-3 feet - and now has a dent in it. Kind of a bummer that these are $50 cups and can damage so easily.”

my only complaint is that if you leave water in it overnight, for example, the next day it tastes very metallic-y. tried reaching out to the company but there was no resolution, unfortunately. Disappointed that there is that metal taste in my water after it being in there for longer periods of time. i don't tend to reach for it as much because of that, but i do love the product! But i probably would not purchase another one just for that reason.”
