“The products are great and I am glad that they sell replacement lids. However, the customer service was horrible. I placed my order on January 10. I understand they have a higher volume during sales. I waited, and finally on January 29, after 19 days, my order arrived. I was extremely dissatisfied in their lack of communication after I had emailed customer service after 10 days of placing my order. I was also disappointed that it took extremely long to arrive.”
We are sorry to hear that and appreciate your feedback. During sales especially our birthday week sale fulfillment can take longer than normal due to the high influx of orders. Fulfillment was 5-10 business during that week once your order is fulfilled shipping times begin. We state this in our confirmation email as well as website so you know when you can expect it. Fulfillment and shipping days are business days which exclude holidays and weekends. As for the slow response time we apologize for that with the high influx of orders there is also a high influx of emails and our team was trying to catch up on emails and working overtime to get back to everyone in a timely manner. Usually it is within 1-2 business days but with the sales/releases it was a little longer. We hired new members so in the future it won't take as long but our team will get back to you as quickly as they can.

“I was using my new Hydro Jug for about two weeks, and I loved the clear lid and the fact that it didn't leak. However, it fell from my car to the ground - so maybe 2-3 feet - and now has a dent in it. Kind of a bummer that these are $50 cups and can damage so easily.”

my only complaint is that if you leave water in it overnight, for example, the next day it tastes very metallic-y. tried reaching out to the company but there was no resolution, unfortunately. Disappointed that there is that metal taste in my water after it being in there for longer periods of time. i don't tend to reach for it as much because of that, but i do love the product! But i probably would not purchase another one just for that reason.”

“I am pleased to announce that this cup DOES fit in your vehicles counsole! YAY! Guess what, this cup with a handle can be placed, yes just placed, filled with liquid in a gym bag and NOT leak. Trust me, I bought it for my wrestler and of course it was stuffed into the gym bag and nothing happend! YAY! It is a great size to hold enough liquid to get an average person through the day or a wrestler through a session. Bonus, the teal color really pops and my female wrestler LOVES it.”

Normal packing time for our fulfillment time (outside of holidays and sales) is 2-4 business days. Your order will then leave our warehouse and deliver within 4-7 business days with standard shipping and 2-3 days for priority. My only issue is that on my black leopard cup, the lid is extremely difficult to twist off even if I don’t tighten it too much. My husband had to twist it so hard to get it off that some of the rubber on top of the lid peeled off!”
