“One of the best tumblers on the market! I have used many different tumblers , but must say that the hydrojug is one of my absolute favorites of all. The straw is the best by the way it folds down and the makes the lid 100% spill proof makes this tumbler one of the best attributes of this tumbler.
I will say that after some usage, the lid begins to become tighter and harder to open, but that may just be my tumbler? But, other than that, I LOVE this tumbler and have switched all of my tumbler usage to hydrojug travelers!”

When I reached out to customer service was told I could but a new item to fit the sleeve and they will give me free shipping. “I LOVE that the straw hides away since I am working as a nurse I feel it is more sanitary! I LOVE that it is leak proof because I am accident prone. The only down side is the ice doesn't stay in it as long as the Stanley cups. But really everything else makes that worth it!”

“First, I was very disappointed to find these took way too long to get to me, and further finding out they were made in China. I bought on a recommend that these were made right here in Ogden Utah and wanted to support. On top of that, when I received my products, the large cup was very poorly constructed, the handle does not meet the cup, there is a space in it. Overall, I am not very pleased with the product, for that price, there should not be any defects. I know what it costs to make things in China and these are clearly way overpriced and poorly manufactured.”

“I love this mug. Versatile, keeps my water cold over night, and no straw sticking up to catch and tip over the mug. The only thing is, I would like an extra straw for this but I can't find it on the site. The silicone part that holds the straw in the cap is a little short and I have experienced the straw slipping loose.”
