The reason for my 3 star rating is the customer service I experienced while waiting for said product. The person I emailed with was not friendly and never even acknowledged or apologized for the way they approached the situation. If you can't handle the number of orders or the customer inquiries that come with it then perhaps you should spend less time/money on advertising and invest that into other areas of the company. Would I recommend this product? 100 percent yes. Would I recommend this company? Not without reservations.”

Once it was picked up by OSM WORLDWIDE it took 8 days to get to USPS and was finally delivered on 1/31/24. They need to tighten up their processing time and get rid of OSM Worldwide.”
