“The customer service is severely lacking. You can never get ahold of anyone on the phone and they don’t answer their customer service email. If they do it’s an automated message. My item had not shipped yet and I just needed to update my address. So now I paid for a product and don’t have it.”
“Hydrojug needs to figure out their ordering. It took them over 10 days to FULFILL an order for me, and this is the second time it has happened with them. I understand there are peak ordering times such as holidays and sales. But they need to figure out their operations and run more efficiently. I wouldn’t order from them unless you’re willing to wait 3+ weeks to receive your order.”
“I absolutely love this cup! I’ve been trying to find a cup that gets me to drink more water but isn’t as pricey as a Stanley. This is it! It’s also leakproof unlike the Stanley which is awesome because I like to throw my cup in my purse and go. The only thing I don’t like very much is how difficult it is to get the lid off if your hands are wet or slippery since there isn’t much to grip onto but other then that this cup is perfect.”

“I love my hydro jug traveler. I do wish it was offered in a smaller size to better fit in the dishwasher so it doesn't take up space on the bottom rack. On the positive notes though, color turned out exactly as expected from the website and I've shown off the leak proof technology to multiple coworkers! Very please with all of the options!!! Also, loved the top lid stickers giving left handed and right handed instructions for the lid. I'm left handed and often don't feel considered so it was a great surprise!”
