“I ordered this January 10th. I live in a popular area no shipping ever has taken this long and for a cup I feel like it’s not worth the wait. February is tomorrow, and I have heard nothing back. Tracking is misleading, not much information.”

I then had to reach out to the company if they knew what was going on. It took them days to respond and it wasn’t helpful at all. I’ve been waiting forever for my items and I’m really frustrated with it. I get it that big sale items take awhile, but I NEVER had to wait this long for an item to come through.”

“I did not get my Hydro flask. I did not receive it. It said it got delivered into my parcel locker but did not receive it. Was not there. I’ve been waiting for this for a very long time I want a refund I’m not very happy I was excited at first, but then never received it. I got a case number from the post office so I haven’t heard anything.”
