I then had to reach out to the company if they knew what was going on. It took them days to respond and it wasn’t helpful at all. I’ve been waiting forever for my items and I’m really frustrated with it. I get it that big sale items take awhile, but I NEVER had to wait this long for an item to come through.”

“I did not get my Hydro flask. I did not receive it. It said it got delivered into my parcel locker but did not receive it. Was not there. I’ve been waiting for this for a very long time I want a refund I’m not very happy I was excited at first, but then never received it. I got a case number from the post office so I haven’t heard anything.”

“So I have one other hydrojug that I would rate 5/5 stars because it works beautifully, doesn't leak and is easy to screw the cap on and off. However, the one I just received, the cap doesn't fit as nicely, so it is very difficult to screw it on and if I don't have it on just right, it leaks. Kind of a bummer. I am hoping that this isn't a common problem.”
