“I would love to rate the cup, but since Hydrojug takes forever to respond to emails concerning damage in shipment, I guess my review will be based on the damage during shipping. Hopefully this will cause them to actually respond to their messages and rectify the issue.”

“I have had a large hydro jug for YEARS, migrated into the Stanley life for the handle BUT when I saw the traveler and it was NO SPILL, I was instantly sold. I got both shades of green and I cant rave enough about this quality. It goes above and beyond — I have dropped, no spill. It has been rolling around in my back seat for days, no spill. Truly an A1 product!”

“First off, I had ordered a traveler, and never recieved it. I received a shakr in its place. 2nd, I had a $10 mystery sleeve added to my order I didn’t notice before I checked out, that I didn’t want. And when it came in the mail it was a sleeve that wouldn’t fit anything I ordered anyways. I have reached out to hydro jug about these issues including pictures and haven’t heard a response. Definitely very frustrated considering shipping took over 2.5 weeks!!”
“I like the jug a lot, colors a bit darker in person.
I’m not sure if there’s a way to truly clean the lid part where the straw goes in so makes me worry for bacteria build up there.
The shipping from hydrojug took TOO long and if I was to order again I would order from Amazon or another third party vs from the website. Took a ridiculously long time to recieve this order.”
“Love this cup! Love the straw and that it won't spill! My only complaint is the color, and I know that's not a big deal, but teal is not at all teal, it is more of a sage. It's still pretty but teal is my favorite color so a little disappointing. You can see in the picture, my cup and the teal advertised. The cup itself is great though and I will definitely be using it! But please come out with an actual teal or aqua! :)”
“Ordered my item at the first of January and just received it 1/30/24. I had 3 separate emails stating it shipped with 3 different dates??? Way too long of a delivery window. I tried to cancel order but they wouldn’t allow me to. Now I have the hassle of returning. Disappointing.”
