“Absolutely love the stainless steel 64oz jug! EAST TO CLEAN so no mold builds up! Great handle for carrying and awesome straw! UNFORTUNATELY the TRAVELER cup is not the same! IT IS VERY VERY difficult to truly clean. I’m sure they have seen the TikTok’s about this issue since they posted a video on their YouTube page. I bought the tool they recommended and followed EVERYTHING mentioned in the video. NOPE. DOES NOT DO THE JOB! The mouthpiece is WAYYYYY TO difficult to take apart to truly clean everything. Which is important since there is always some liquid in it. Allowing mold to build up very easily. At the price point I am paying for these water bottles/ cup ID EXPECT there to be a PRACTICAL way of cleaning. And if the ONLY way to clean it is with this special brush then they should include it. However I don’t think they realized how difficult it is to clean and made the YouTube video after. Disappointed is an understatement since I was liking the cup compared to their competitors like hydroflask, Stanley, ect. Want MY RECOMMENDATION? SAVE YOUR MONEYYYYYY!!!!! At least other companies ensure their products have a practical design for DAILY cleaning.”

“I ordered the Hydrojug for a birthday present for myself. I ordered it on 1/16 eith expedited shipping. No where during the entire ordering process does it say anywhere about their shipping times. I paid for 2-3 day shipping, $12. It came 1/27! The re is nothing about their shipping policy until after your purchase is complete! I was pretty bummer out. I never got an email response from anyone, just an automated email about their shipping policy.”
