“I was excited for my first Hydro Jug Tumbler. I was replacing my Stanley. The cup would have been everything I wanted but it came dented. I still haven’t heard back from customer support on the issue. Disappointed.”
“The cup itself is amazing but the shipping part of my order was TERRIBLE… I never got any notification of my cup shipping till AFTER it was DELIVERED!!! It showed up on my doorstep 2 weeks after the order was placed with no notification it had even shipped.”
“One star for now, I haven't even received my new Hydrojug and I ordered it Jan 10th. Very little updates, it's now been shipped and no delivery date has been set. I'm able to loosely track it and yesterday it made it to my state, now it says it's 2 states away. I'm not happy so far.”

It’s extremely frustrating to be excited about a product and be told it’s shipped (when you pay for shipping) and unable to track. Will consider other companies before ordering another time from Hydrojug.”
