“So I have one other hydrojug that I would rate 5/5 stars because it works beautifully, doesn't leak and is easy to screw the cap on and off. However, the one I just received, the cap doesn't fit as nicely, so it is very difficult to screw it on and if I don't have it on just right, it leaks. Kind of a bummer. I am hoping that this isn't a common problem.”
“The product is quality the delivery not so much. I waited 16 days for it to even ship. And then an additional 7 to get to me. I don’t mine the 5-7 days of shipping but why wait so long to fulfill the order. They also gave me a hydro sleeve does not even fit my type of water bottle”

As the owner of another very popular traveler.. Hydro Jug is hands down more functional. To be honest, I really thought they forgot my order. When I ordered, I received my confirmation email immediately. However, 2 weeks later no jugs or even a shipping notification. I emailed requesting the status and the next day I received an shipped email and still to a week to get in.”
“I've always used 40oz Stanley's and this Hydro Jug popped up in an ad so I dcecided to give it as try. I finally received it and I like it more than my Stanley's. I love that the straw can be open or closed and when closed it's completely leak proof! Also, I love the silicone on the bottom, everytime I set it down I'm reassured it's not going to scratch any of my surfaces. I really love them and I will be buying these from now on!”
